Akademik Koşullar

Applicants must hold a first-cycle degree, a three-year university diploma, or an equivalent foreign qualification recognised as suitable. Italian qualifications automatically qualify if they are in class L-8 under D.M. 509/99 or class L-7 under D.M. 270/04. Applicants with a different degree class must have at least 51 credits in ICAR/01, ICAR/02, ICAR/04, ICAR/05, ICAR/06, ICAR/07, ICAR/08, ICAR/09, ICAR/10, ICAR/11, and ICAR/17, including at least 39 credits in ICAR/01, ICAR/02, ICAR/04, ICAR/05, ICAR/06, ICAR/07, ICAR/08, and ICAR/09, plus at least 24 credits in mathematics and physics subject areas. Foreign qualifications are evaluated against the same criteria where equivalent classes, scientific sectors, and credits can be identified; otherwise the Admission Board evaluates the curriculum case by case. Personal preparation is normally adequate with a final graduation grade of at least 83/110; graduating students may apply if they have at least 165 CFU with an average grade of 22/30. Applicants below those thresholds may still be assessed individually on exam scores and study duration.

Dil Koşulları

Applicants must demonstrate English proficiency at CEFR B2 or higher. The programme page accepts IELTS 5.5 or above, TOEFL PBT 507-557 / CBT 180-217 / iBT 80-99, Trinity ISE II, Cambridge First Certificate, LanguageCert International ESOL, Cambridge CAE, Cambridge CPE, Pearson PTE Academic with a minimum score of 59, Duolingo with a minimum score of 100, or a B2 curricular suitability certificate obtained at the University of Bologna Language Centre or another Italian university. The English requirement is also considered fulfilled if the applicant completed a university degree fully taught in English lasting at least two academic years (120 ECTS) in an EU or EEA country, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, West Indies, Guyana, or Switzerland, provided the medium of instruction is clearly stated on the transcript. Medium-of-instruction certificates from universities outside that country list are not accepted.

Sınav / Test

No separate written entrance examination is published. Admission is open access but conditional on an Admission Board review of the application documents to verify curricular requirements and adequate personal preparation. Where the standard grade thresholds are not met, the Board may assess exam scores and the duration of the bachelor's studies.
