- Akademik Koşullar
- Applicants need a first-cycle degree or bachelor's degree in one of the following Italian classes: L-8 Information Engineering, L-9 Industrial Engineering, L-16 Administration and Organization Sciences, L-18 Economics and Management Sciences, L-33 Economics, L-36 Political Sciences and International Relations, or L-41 Statistics. Applicants with a different degree class may still qualify if they have at least 40 ECTS in the listed SSD areas, including economics, management, finance, statistics, management engineering, information processing, informatics, mathematics, and business/economic law. Foreign qualifications and previous Italian-system qualifications are assessed by the Admission Board for eligibility. There is no minimum graduation grade. Applicants who have not yet graduated may take part, but they must obtain the entry degree by 2026-12-31.

- English at CEFR B2 is required. The requirement may be fulfilled by recognised language certifications such as IELTS or TOEFL, a bachelor's degree taught in English, language proficiency or English exams from previous academic cycles, at least 6 credits in English language/translation/linguistics where B2 is explicit in the title or learning outcomes, native-speaker status, or the Oxford Online Placement Test subject to the procedures established by the University of Bologna CLA.
- Sınav / Test
- Admission is by selection in two steps. Part 1 is a document-based evaluation scored out of 100 points: academic merit and study background up to 40 points, coherence of the previous bachelor's degree with Service Management up to 30 points, and CV plus motivation/presentation letter and reference letters if provided up to 30 points; candidates need at least 40/100 to proceed. Part 2 is an interview in English scored out of 100 points; candidates need at least 60/100. Candidates pass the assessment with at least 100/200 overall, provided they reach both minimum thresholds.

- Copy of a valid identity document; if the identity document does not have an English translation, a copy of the passport.
- Bachelor's degree or first-level academic qualification certificate or self-certification with list of exams taken; for a foreign qualification, the degree document with transcript of records and Diploma Supplement where available, translated into Italian or English.
- If not yet graduated, the list of exams taken or transcript of records.
- English language certificate at CEFR B2 level.
- Curriculum vitae in English, signed and using the programme CV form.
- Copy of the residence permit, when needed as proof of equivalent EU status.
