- Admission for 2026/2027 is split across the programme's two official curricula. For both curricula, applicants must hold a first-cycle degree, three-year university diploma, or a suitable foreign qualification recognised for access to a comparable second-cycle programme. The standard curricular requirement is an Italian degree in class L-5 Philosophy, or another degree with at least 42 CFU/ECTS in at least three of the following areas: M-FIL/01, M-FIL/02, M-FIL/03, M-FIL/04, M-FIL/05, M-FIL/06, M-FIL/07, M-FIL/08, M-STO/05, IUS/20, and SPS/01. For foreign qualifications or old-system degrees, the committee assesses prior academic preparation. Graduating applicants may apply only if they still need to complete the final examination; if the final degree mark is not yet available, the weighted average must be at least 20.87/30.

- Requirements differ by curriculum. For the English-taught curriculum Philosophy and Cognitive Sciences, English proficiency at least at CEFR B2 is required; the call accepts a recognised certificate, a native-speaker self-declaration, or a certificate stating that the previous bachelor's or master's degree was taught in English. The Italian-curriculum call for Percorsi e forme della filosofia does not publish a separate English-language admission requirement, so the programme-level summary must be read together with the curriculum split.
- Sınav / Test
- There is no written entrance exam. Admission requires verification of personal preparation by a committee. For both 2026/2027 curricula, personal preparation is considered adequate if the final degree mark is at least 77/110; candidates who have not yet graduated must still need only the final exam and must have a weighted average of at least 20.87/30. For foreign qualifications, the committee assesses the previous academic career and may require an online interview.

- Copy of the front and back of a valid identity document; if the identity document is from a foreign country and has no English translation, a passport copy.
- Self-certification of the first-cycle qualification with the list of exams taken, if the qualification was obtained in Italy.
- If the qualification was obtained abroad: a copy of the qualification that gives access to second-cycle study in the country of issue, with transcript of records and Diploma Supplement where available, translated into Italian or English.
- For the Philosophy and Cognitive Sciences curriculum: proof of English proficiency at CEFR B2 level using one of the accepted forms listed in the call.
- Copy of a residence permit, if already held.
- Adaptation request form and supporting certification, if applicable for disability or specific learning disorder accommodations.
- For visa and pre-enrolment if applicable: the validated Universitaly pre-enrolment summary, proof of financial resources, any language certificates required by the programme, and health insurance documentation.

Belirsizlik Notları
- The programme was reorganised for 2026/2027 into two official curricula: the Italian-taught Percorsi e forme della filosofia and the English-taught Philosophy and Cognitive Sciences. Separate official calls are published for the two curricula, so the deadline and requirement fields above synthesise both.
- Because the schema allows only one official_call_url, it points to the umbrella programme admissions page, while the supporting evidence combines the curriculum-specific English and Italian official calls.
