- Akademik Koşullar
- Applicants must hold a first-cycle degree or another suitable foreign qualification that allows access to a comparable second-cycle programme. Automatic curricular access is granted to degrees in classes L-25 Agricultural and forestry, L-38 Animal Science and Technology of Animal Production, L-26 Agriculture and Food Science, L-2 Biotechnology, L-13 Biological Science, and L-32 Environmental Science, as well as the corresponding ex D.M. 509/99 classes listed in the notice. Applicants from other degree classes may still qualify if they hold the ECTS in the subject areas listed in the official notice. Graduating students may apply before graduation, but the first-cycle degree must be obtained by 2026-12-31. Personal preparation is considered adequate without further oral examination if the applicant graduated in classes L-25 or L-38, or the corresponding old classes L-20 or L-40, with a final mark of at least 90/110 or equivalent; otherwise, an oral examination is required.
- Dil Koşulları
- English proficiency at minimum CEFR B2 is required during the application phase. The notice allows applicants to satisfy this through a suitable certificate, by citizenship of a country whose official language is English, by previous study fully delivered in English, or by at least 12 months of residence in a country whose official language is English.
- Sınav / Test
- There is no capped-place entrance exam because the programme is open access, but admission still requires verification of personal competencies and skills. The committee first checks the documentary requirements. Applicants with a foreign qualification may be called for an online interview. Applicants who do not fall within the degree-class and grade conditions for automatic adequacy must take an oral examination focused on the academic knowledge indicated in the notice.

- Front and back copy of a valid identity document.
- If the applicant is a foreign citizen and the identity document does not include English, a copy of the passport.
- Proof of the qualification required for admission: UniBo self-certification, another Italian university self-certification with exams passed, or equivalent document certifying the qualification obtained.
- If the qualification was obtained abroad: the qualification translated into Italian or English, with transcript of records and Diploma Supplement where available; if not yet graduated, the Transcript of Records.
- Certification of English-language knowledge at B2 level.
- Curriculum vitae in English.
- For applicants with a foreign qualification: syllabus or outline of the main bachelor's examinations relevant to the master's programme, up to 4-5 pages.
- Optional documents include a residence permit if already held, a disability-access adaptation request form, other academic certifications, and a personal statement of motivation.
