- Akademik Koşullar
- Applicants must hold a first-cycle degree, three-year university diploma, or a foreign qualification recognized as suitable for access to a comparable second-cycle programme. Curricular requirements are met by either a degree in the listed classes L-27 Chemical Sciences and Technologies or L-29 Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technologies (or the corresponding earlier Italian classes and old-system degrees in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology), or by another degree class combined with at least 25 ECTS in one or more of the disciplinary areas CHIM/01-CHIM/12 and BIO/10. Foreign qualifications are acceptable if the Advanced Cosmetic Sciences Degree Programme Board assesses them as eligible and verifies equivalent credits in chemistry and biochemistry. Adequate personal competencies and skills are automatically verified with a final degree grade of at least 100/110, or for graduating applicants with a weighted average of at least 90/100; lower scores are reviewed through the candidate's CV/resume.
- Dil Koşulları
- English proficiency at minimum CEFR B2 is required. During the application phase, applicants can satisfy it with a B2-or-higher language certificate, an accepted international certification listed by the University Language Centre, an English-taught degree, a degree in English language and literature or equivalent, a degree including at least 30 ECTS taught in English shown on the transcript, or native-speaker status. Certificates are accepted if dated no more than five calendar years before the application.
- Sınav / Test
- There is no written entrance exam. Admission is open but conditional on verification of curricular requirements, language requirements, and adequate personal competencies and skills by the Intake Commission. Candidates with sufficient grades are admitted directly after document verification; candidates below the stated grade thresholds are assessed through the Commission's evaluation of the submitted CV/resume.

- Front and back copy of a valid identity document; if the foreign identity document is not translated into English, a copy of the passport.
- Qualification required for admission: for University of Bologna applicants, the system self-certification of the previous or current academic career or another document certifying the qualification; for graduates from another Italian university, a self-certification of the first-cycle degree with the list of exams taken, or of exams taken if still graduating; for foreign qualifications, a copy of the qualification translated into Italian or English, accompanied by a transcript of records and Diploma Supplement where available, or the transcript if the degree has not yet been awarded.
- Proof of English at B2 level or above, either by self-certification for an exam taken at an Italian university or by a certificate from a university or certifying institution.
- CV/resume.
- Optional but officially accepted: a valid residence permit if already held, plus other relevant supporting documents about the previous academic career except letters of recommendation.
