• Status: Chemistry-specific academic requirements are taken from the official 2025/2026 teaching regulations because a 2026/2027 programme-specific regulation was not found.
• Fundamental Background: Applicants must have adequate preparation in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and informatics.
• Eligible Qualification: Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree, a university diploma of at least three years, or another foreign qualification recognized as suitable.

• Minimum Level: B2 CEFR
• General Rule: For programmes taught in English, the University of Siena requires at least B2 English.
• Programme Specific Rule: The Chemistry teaching regulations also require English at least at B2 level.

• Valid passport or valid national ID, depending on applicant category; non-EU applicants already in Italy must also upload the residence permit.

• Curriculum Vitae (CV).

• Official academic transcript or provisional certification; alternatively, a Diploma Supplement where accepted.

• English language certificate required for the programme, where applicable.

• Certified translations for documents not issued in Italian or English.

• Request form for the evaluation of specific admission requisites for 2nd level degree courses, to be filled in completely and attached to the online procedure.
