A.Y. 2026/27, WACOMA curriculum (English): a first-cycle (three-year) university degree or diploma, or a qualification obtained abroad recognised as suitable (the Committee assesses the correspondence of the foreign qualification with the Italian one). Curricular requirements are met in one of two ways: (1) a first-cycle degree in class L-32 Scienze e tecnologie per l'ambiente e la natura (D.M. 270/04), a corresponding degree under previous regulations, or a foreign degree recognised as equivalent; or (2) a bachelor's degree in another class with at least 60 ECTS credits in total in the scientific-disciplinary macro-areas MAT, INF, FIS, CHIM, BIO, GEO, AGR, ICAR, ING-IND, SECS-S, VET (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geology, Agronomy, Engineering, Statistics, Veterinary; 'old' SSDs, with a correspondence table to the new SSDs published on the programme site). No minimum graduation grade (the grade counts in the committee score). Applicants who do not meet all the curricular requirements cannot enrol. Applicants not yet graduated may apply; students enrolled in an Italian first-cycle degree must have at least 150 ECTS registered by the deadline of the intake they apply to. If admitted, the degree must be obtained by 31 December 2026, otherwise the enrolment is cancelled. Personal preparation is verified by the committee score (see entry_exam_or_test).

For the English-language Water and Coastal Management curriculum, applicants must prove English at CEFR B2 or higher. The call accepts a language certificate, a B2 certificate issued by a university language centre, a degree fully taught in English, or nationality from the English-speaking countries listed in the notice. After enrolment, international students in the curriculum must also pass an Italian test at A1 level unless they qualify for one of the official exemptions.

• A.Y. 2026/27, WACOMA curriculum: no written entrance test. A Committee scores the documents out of 100 and admits applicants with 60 points or more. A) 0-40 points for the degree final grade, or the weighted average for students not yet graduated: 40 points = 110-110 cum laude / average of at least 28.5 / foreign degree at least 0.95 of the maximum grade
• 35 = 106-109 / 27.0-28.4 / 0.85-0.94
• 30 = 100-105 / 25.0-26.9 / 0.75-0.84
