2. Kabul koşulları

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent foreign qualification) in a relevant scientific field. The programme requires curricular preparation in biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics measured in CFU/ECTS across the scientific-disciplinary sectors typical for L-13 / L-32 / L-30 / L-34 classes. Admission is 'open with entry requirements examination' — curricular requirements are verified first, then personal preparation is assessed.

Minimum B2 level of English is required for admission (the official language of the Master's Degree course is English). Accepted certifications include IELTS, TOEFL (e.g. TOEFL ITP: L+R+W = 543 or higher AND S = 58 or higher), Cambridge English and Duolingo English Test, plus other UNIMIB-accredited B2 certifications, the UNIMIB 'English B2' Open Badge, or a prior degree taught entirely or mainly in English. Native English speakers are exempt. Non-Italian students must additionally reach Italian B1 (UNIMIB provides the assessment free of charge).

Entry requirements examination — the admission board verifies curricular CFU/ECTS coverage in biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics and may carry out an interview to assess adequacy of personal preparation. No external standardised test (TOLC/GRE) is required.

• • Identity document (ID card or passport); digital ID photo (min 300x400 px, light background, candidate's face clearly visible); bachelor's degree certificate; academic transcript of records with grades and CFU/ECTS per subject area (biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics)
  • English language certification at B2 level (IELTS, TOEFL — e.g. TOEFL ITP L+R+W ≥ 543 and S ≥ 58 — Cambridge, Duolingo) — exempt for native English speakers and graduates of fully English-taught programmes
  • CV; motivation letter; recommendation letters (typically 2–3); for non-EU applicants: Declaration of Value (DoV) or CIMEA statement; passport copy for visa applicants.
