EU Deadline
Shared intake deadlines in the 2026/2027 Italian Studies curriculum notice: Intake 1 2026-03-16 to 2026-04-17; Intake 2 2026-04-08 to 2026-06-04; Intake 3 2026-07-02 to 2026-08-27.
Non-EU Deadline
The official 2026/2027 Italian Studies curriculum notice does not state separate non-EU application windows, so the same intake deadlines apply: Intake 1 2026-03-16 to 2026-04-17; Intake 2 2026-04-08 to 2026-06-04; Intake 3 2026-07-02 to 2026-08-27.
Akademik Koşullar
For the official 2026/2027 admissions notice available for the Italian Studies curriculum, applicants must hold a first-cycle degree or equivalent foreign qualification. The standard Italian access class is L-10. Applicants from classes L-3, L-5, L-11 or L-42 may also apply, but they must have at least 27 ECTS in the areas L-FIL-LET/10 Italian Literature, L-FIL-LET/11 Contemporary Italian Literature and L-FIL-LET/12 Italian Linguistics. Foreign qualifications are assessed by the committee for correspondence with the Italian qualification. Applicants who have not yet graduated may apply if they already have at least 150 CFU and must obtain the degree by 2026-12-31.
Dil Koşulları
English proficiency at CEFR B2 is required. Applicants may satisfy the requirement with a recognised certificate published on the programme page, a self-declaration of being a native English speaker, a bachelor's or master's degree taught in English, or a transcript showing at least 6 CFU in L-LIN/11 or L-LIN/12.
Sınav / Test
The programme is open access for the Italian Studies curriculum, but admission still requires verification of adequate personal competencies and skills. If the applicant meets the curricular and language requirements, the committee may invite them to an online interview. The interview lasts about 15 minutes, is conducted remotely in English, and assesses personal competencies and skills in humanities and Italian culture. Applicants who fail this verification cannot register and cannot reapply in a later intake of the same notice.
