Applicants must hold a first-cycle or second-cycle degree in one of the official classes listed in the 2026/2027 call: L-9, L-8, LM-25, LM-27, LM-28, LM-29 or LM-30 under Ministerial Decree 270/04, or class 10, class 9, 29/S, 30/S, 31/S, 32/S or 33/S under Ministerial Decree 509/99, or a suitable foreign qualification. Applicants must also have at least 15 ECTS/CFU in the electrical-engineering subject areas corresponding to ING-IND/31, ING-IND/32, ING-IND/33 and ING-INF/07. Graduating students may apply if they have at least 140 ECTS at the intake deadline and must earn their degree by 31 Aralık 2026. Foreign qualifications are assessed under the same criteria when sectors and credits can be identified; otherwise the evaluation board assesses them case by case.

An English-language certificate at CEFR B2 or higher is mandatory. Accepted proof in the 2026/2027 call includes TOEFL CBT 213 or higher, TOEFL PBT 550 or higher, TOEFL iBT 70 or higher, TOEFL iBT Home Edition 70 or higher, IELTS 5.5 or higher, IELTS Indicator 5.5 or higher, FCE, CAE, CPE, Trinity ISE II/III/IV, a B2 certificate or self-certification issued by an Italian university language centre, or an International Baccalaureate with English A or English B and a minimum score of 5. The call also accepts a university degree fully delivered in English lasting at least two academic years (120 ECTS) in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, provided the transcript clearly states English as the medium of instruction. The call also states that Italian-language knowledge at CEFR B2 is required; foreign students without it must include study-plan activities aimed at achieving it.

Sınav / değerlendirme

Admission is by restricted-access selection. Applicants are first screened on academic records and CV/résumé; they need at least 35 points from those two components to be admitted to the interview. The interview is held in English on Microsoft Teams and verifies technical, linguistic and soft skills; it carries up to 40 points and requires at least 25 points to pass. The final score is out of 100, and only candidates with an overall score of at least 60/100 can appear in the ranking as winners or eligible candidates.

• Transcript of records of the university degree diploma or equivalent self-certification showing exams, grades, credits and, for graduating students, remaining exams.

• For foreign-university applicants, a transcript of records in English with exam credits or workload details, total programme length, and remaining exams if still graduating.

• Detailed curriculum vitae in English, including relevant academic achievements and professional experience in the field of electrical engineering.

• English-proficiency certificate equivalent to at least B2 level.

• Scanned copy of a valid identity document or passport, front and back.

• If already held, a scanned copy of a valid residence permit for non-EU citizens.
