Akademik Koşullar

Applicants need a three-year bachelor's degree worth at least 180 ECTS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Automation, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Biomedical Engineering, or a suitable foreign equivalent. The Italian reference classes listed are L-8, L-30, L-31, L-35, and L-41 under Ministerial Decree 270/04, and 9, 25, 26, 32, and 37 under Ministerial Decree 509/99. Applicants who have not yet graduated may apply if their transcript already shows at least 150 CFU/ECTS, but they must obtain the bachelor's degree by 2026-12-31. For the adequacy check, candidates with a graduation grade of 110/110 or equivalent are deemed adequate automatically; otherwise, admission requires either an API of at least 26/30 with at least 18 CFU of INF/01 or ING-INF/05 work, or an API of at least 25.5/30 with at least 48 CFU of INF/01 or ING-INF/05 work. Candidates with an API below 25.5/30 are deemed inadequate.

Dil Koşulları

All applicants must prove English at least at CEFR B2 with an international certificate no older than three years. Accepted proofs listed on the programme page are IELTS 5.5-6.5, TOEFL PBT 507-557 / CBT 180-217 / iBT 80-99, Trinity ISE II, Cambridge First Certificate, TOEIC SLP 2222 (listening 400, reading 385, speaking 160, writing 150), PTE Academic 51-65, or a B2 idoneita curriculare from the University of Bologna Language Centre or another Italian university language centre. English proficiency certificates or medium-of-instruction certificates issued by foreign universities are not accepted. English proof is waived for applicants who completed an academic degree in English or who are nationals of the countries listed on the programme page, including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa. For non-EU-country applicants, the page also requires proof of Italian language knowledge through a valid certification; students without it must include an Italian-taught learning activity in their study plan unless they qualify for one of the listed exemptions.

Sınav / Test

There is no separate written entrance test in the sources reviewed. Admission depends on a committee assessment of personal preparation based on the submitted documentation. The evaluation criteria include academic record, the extent and relevance of AI-related work experience, and English language skills; 110/110 graduates are automatically adequate, while other applicants are assessed through the API and CSCI thresholds stated by the programme.
