- Applicants must hold a first-cycle degree or other suitable qualification obtained abroad. Eligible Italian degree classes are L-27, L-13, L-29, L-32, L-7, and L-9. Other foreign degrees in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Biological Sciences may be accepted if considered valid by the Degree Programme Board. Applicants must also hold at least 60 ECTS in MAT, INF, FIS, BIO, CHIM, and ING-IND, including at least 25 ECTS in CHIM/01-CHIM/12.

- English at CEFR B2. The how-to-enrol page states that English proficiency is verified through an internationally recognized certificate, for example TOEFL or Cambridge First Certificate. If such certification is missing, verification may take place through an interview, including online.
