Missing foreign-qualification documents must be completed by 30 November 2026. Non-EU citizens resident in Italy follow the general period (24 March - 26 June 2026) and must attend the interview.

A bachelor degree obtained, or to be obtained by 31 October 2026, in one of these groups: (1) Biotechnology (L-2), Biology (L-13), Agriculture and Food Sciences (L-26) or Pharmacological Sciences (L-29), with at least 30 CFU/ECTS in biological areas (SSD BIO), of which at least 18 in Genetics (BIO/18), Molecular Biology (BIO/11) and Biochemistry (BIO/10), at least 6 in each; or (2) Information Engineering (L-8), Computer Sciences (L-31), Physics (L-30), Mathematics (L-35) or Statistics (L-41), with at least 30 CFU/ECTS in computer science, information engineering, biomedical engineering, mathematics and/or statistics (INF/01, ING-INF/05, ING-INF/06, MAT/01-09, SECS-S/01), of which at least 6 in mathematics (MAT/01-09) and at least 12 in computer science, information engineering, biomedical engineering and/or statistics. Foreign degrees are judged on the same criteria by the Teachers Council when disciplines and credits can be clearly identified (1 CFU = 1 ECTS); otherwise the career documents are examined in detail. Selection score: CV up to 50 points + interview up to 50 points (non-EU visa applicants: CV up to 100 points); minimum 60/100.

The dates and rules shown come from the University of Milan call for A.Y. 2026/27; all 2026/27 deadlines have passed and the 2027/28 call had not been published by 27 September 2026. The call's file name contains '2027', but the document is the call for A.Y. 2026/27.
The Politecnico di Milano programme page says its information refers to A.Y. 2025/26 and may change in 2026/27; its degree requirements use the new scientific-sector codes, while the 2026/27 University of Milan call shown here uses the old codes.
It is not confirmed whether non-EU visa applicants must pass an Italian language test before enrolling: the programme call says so (except in cases of exemption), but the University of Milan international-enrolment page requires this test only for programmes taught in Italian, and this programme is taught in English.
The accepted English certificates and minimum scores for the B2 level are not listed in the programme call or on the programme's enrolment page.
For non-EU visa applicants the programme call gives 29 May 2026 as the application deadline, while the general University of Milan international-enrolment page says visa applicants to Master's programmes had to apply by 30 April 2026; the programme's own call date is shown.
The teaching sites come from the University of Milan programme description for A.Y. 2026/27; the call itself does not name them.
