Kabul koşulları

Akademik geçmiş

A.Y. 2026/27 (Programme Regulations section 6, programme page and programme website). A bachelor's degree (BSc), preferably in Engineering or Physics, with adequate preparation in the fundamental and core engineering disciplines (mathematics, physics, chemistry and engineering knowledge consistent with the programme). Foreign-degree applications are first checked by the International Admissions Office and then examined by the programme's Evaluation Commission, which assesses the academic career and may hold a remote interview; admission is never automatic except for Polimi engineering graduates meeting the regulations' 'adjusted' grade thresholds (threshold 22 or 28 out of 30 depending on the Polimi BSc course). Italian-system criteria considered by the Commission: bachelor's degree obtained no later than 31 March of the sixth year after first enrolment and weighted average not below the adjusted threshold; if not met, the Commission decides case by case. If gaps are found the Commission assigns compulsory prerequisites (individual courses to be passed before enrolment, within 15 months, not counted in the 120 ECTS), tutoring or MOOCs. The regulations say the thresholds may be revised for admission to 2027/28. Foreign degrees must also give access to EQF level 7, contain subjects closely related to the programme, meet Politecnico di Milano's strict country-specific minimum CGPA where one is set, and be obtained before enrolment (final-year students may apply); Italian-degree final-year students may apply with 145 certified ECTS.

Accepted minimums: TOEFL iBT / Home Edition >= 78 for tests taken until 20/01/2026 or >= 4.5 for tests taken from 21/01/2026 (paper >= 547, computer >= 210; Polimi code 9795); TOEIC >= 785 Listening & Reading + >= 310 Speaking & Writing; Cambridge Proficiency grade C, Advanced grade C or First grade B; IELTS Academic or General Training >= 6; Trinity ISE II; PTE Academic >= 59; Pearson PEIC >= 59; LanguageCert ESOL B2 Communicator (4 skills). Certificates expired according to the issuer are not accepted. Exemption: a bachelor's degree taught in English for at least 3 years, proven by a university document stating that at least 75% of courses were taught in English. Italian is not an entry requirement for this English-taught programme; international students are enrolled with an Italian OFA and must certify Italian before the graduation exam.
