Kabul koşulları

Akademik geçmiş

A.Y. 2026/27 (programme page and Didactic Regulations 2026/27). A bachelor's degree in the Italian class L-9 (Industrial Engineering) is required, or alternatively a degree of at least three years / at least 180 ECTS including at least 30 ECTS in the basic-science sectors listed in the Regulations (mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, agri-food and related sectors) and at least 20 ECTS in the listed industrial-engineering (ING-IND) sectors; the same credit criteria are applied to foreign degrees when sectors and credits can be identified, otherwise the Admission Commission evaluates the whole career. Foreign-degree applicants need a valid bachelor recognised in the awarding country (giving access to EQF level 7, obtained before enrolment) with a background appropriate and consistent with the programme; the Admissions Committee assesses the academic record, the quality of the course of study and the completeness of the documentation, and the syllabuses of the courses taken are of particular relevance. Italian-university careers: bachelor completed no later than 31 October of the sixth year after first enrolment (not applied to holders of a Master's degree); L-9 graduates of Polimi or other Italian universities who meet the requirements are admitted automatically; other graduates are examined by the Admission Commission (no fixed minimum grade in the Regulations). Gaps are filled by curricular integrations that must be acquired before enrolment, within 18 months of being assigned. Italian-degree applicants may apply as final-year students with 145 certified ECTS (Polimi students if enrolled in the next graduation session). Foreign-degree applicants must also meet Polimi's strict country-specific minimum CGPA where one is set (e.g. India 70/100, China 80%, Bangladesh 3.3/4).

Certificates considered expired by the issuing institution are not accepted. Exemption: a bachelor degree taught in English for at least 3 years, proven by a university document confirming that at least 75% of the courses were taught in English. For foreign-degree applicants the certificate is not needed to submit the application and does not affect the evaluation, but it is mandatory to obtain the admission letter, merit scholarships, the visa and to enrol (Italian-degree applicants must provide it in order to be accepted). No Italian certificate is needed for admission (English-taught programme); international students are enrolled with an Italian OFA and must prove Italian at B2 level before the final exam.

  • No application dates for A.Y. 2027/28 are published yet (checked 27 September 2026); the deadlines, academic requirements, documents and test information shown are for A.Y. 2026/27 and will change when Polimi publishes the 2027/28 calendar. The English certificate list is the one Polimi has already published for A.Y. 2027/28.
  • Two official sources differ on when the English certificate is needed: the Admissions Office page says it is not needed to submit the application (only for the admission letter, scholarships, visa and enrolment), while the 2026/27 programme regulations say English should be certified upon admission and that an admitted applicant without it can enrol only after proving it. The information shown follows the Admissions Office page.
  • The 2026/27 programme regulations list the required 30 basic-science ECTS and 20 industrial-engineering ECTS by Italian subject-area codes; the requirements shown summarise them by subject area.
  • The programme website's 'How can I apply?' link did not work on 27 September 2026; the admission information shown comes from the Polimi programme page and the 2026/27 programme regulations.
  • For A.Y. 2026/27 Polimi also accepted TOEIC 720 Listening & Reading for tests registered by 28 February 2026; the 2027/28 list shown here requires TOEIC 785 Listening & Reading plus 310 Speaking & Writing.
  • The documents shown are those for applicants with a foreign bachelor degree; applicants with an Italian degree apply through Polimi Online Services with a different procedure, whose document list is not shown here.
  • The minimum CGPA examples by country (India 70/100, China 80%, Bangladesh 3.3/4) come from Polimi's foreign-qualification requirements page; other countries have different minimums or none.
  • Polimi's 2026/27 programme regulations announce a new Master's admission model from A.Y. 2028/29; it does not apply to A.Y. 2026/27 or 2027/28.
