The parent degree course 'Economia e Management' is officially registered with LANGUAGE: Italian and offers two tracks - 'Economia e Management (in Italian)' and 'Economics and Management (in English)'. The English track is taught in English and is listed in UniTrento's official orientation catalogue among the English-language programmes (footnote marker '1' = English-taught), with the explicit annotation 'Percorso del corso di laurea in Economia e management'. Admission, ranking and seat quotas for the English track are managed separately from the Italian track in the same admission call. Note that the entrance test for EU candidates (TOLC-E) is itself delivered in Italian - see uncertainty_notes.

A.y. 2026/2027 - first session only. Admission application by 23 March 2026 (12:00). CEnT-S test must be taken (and its normalized score obtained) by 31 March 2026; only two macro-periods are valid: 1 November 2025 - 30 January 2026 and 1 February - 31 March 2026. For non-EU candidates choosing the Italian track instead, the TOLC-E must be taken by 20 March 2026. Ranking for non-EU candidates published by 6 April 2026. Pre-enrolment by the deadline stated in the ranking (EUR 80 non-refundable fee). Educational-qualification confirmation 6-17 July 2026. Pre-enrolment ('pre-immatricolazione') at the Italian embassy/consulate via Universitaly is mandatory for the visa. Final deadline for obtaining the visa: 30 September 2026.

Foreign qualifications must have been obtained after at least 12 years of schooling, after attending the final two years of the foreign education system in question, and must grant access to a similar programme in the issuing country; where the issuing country requires an academic suitability test (e.g. YKS in Turkey, Gaokao in China, Selectividad in Spain, Konkur in Afghanistan), proof of passing it must be provided. Second session 11 EU only
Third session 3 EU only. This gives 70 EU/equivalent + 5 non-EU = 75 seats in total for the English track (the 'Total' column printed in the call PDF reads 61/14/3, which is internally inconsistent with the per-category figures - see uncertainty_notes). Non-EU candidates may participate only in the first session because of visa/immigration timelines; unassigned EU seats from the first session roll over to later sessions. (b) a declaration issued by the secondary school stating that the study programme had English as its official language of instruction
(c) self-declaration of being a native English speaker
Sınav / değerlendirme: Mandatory CISIA computer-based admission test; which test depends on citizenship category. EU AND EQUIVALENT CANDIDATES: TOLC-E (CISIA), compulsory for all the Department's programmes 'taught in both Italian and English'; registration fee EUR 35.00; deliverable as TOLC@UNI (in person at any CISIA member university) or TOLC@CASA (at home). Structure: 36 scored questions - Logica 13 (30 min), Comprensione verbale 10 (30 min), Matematica 13 (30 min), 90 minutes total, plus a compulsory but unscored English section of 30 questions (15 min). Scoring +1 correct / 0 blank / -0.25 wrong. Valid TOLC window: 1 January 2025 to the session deadline; may be taken more than once but not twice in the same calendar month; the best score is used. EU/equivalent candidates may alternatively enter the ranking with a converted SAT or GMAT score without taking the TOLC-E: SAT minimum 900/1600 with final score = (SAT - 900) x 0.04 + 8; GMAT minimum 450/800 with final score = (GMAT - 450) x 0.08 + 8; minimum eligibility threshold 8/36. Maths OFA is waived with at least 5/13 in the TOLC-E maths section, or 500/800 in SAT Maths, or 40/60 in the GMAT quantitative section. NON-EU CANDIDATES LIVING ABROAD (English track): CEnT-S (CISIA English Test - Sciences), registration fee EUR 55.00, deliverable as CEnT@UNI or CEnT@CASA, takeable only once per macro-period. The test has 55 questions in 5 sections, but UniTrento counts only Mathematics (15 questions, 30 min) and Reasoning on Texts and Data (15 questions, 30 min) = 30 questions in 60 minutes. Scoring +1 / 0 / -0.25 with CISIA normalization; conversion to /100: [(Mathematics + Reasoning on texts and data + 7.5) / 37.5] x 100, eligibility at 60/100. Non-EU candidates may also enter with a converted GMAT or SAT score: (score / maximum score) x 100, eligibility 60/100. TOLC-E to /100 conversion for non-EU candidates: [(TOLC score excluding English + 9) / 45] x 100. NOTE: for a.y. 2026/2027 the official call no longer names an 'English TOLC-E' variant for this programme - see uncertainty_notes. There is no interview.

1) MIXED-LANGUAGE STATUS: this is not a standalone English-taught degree course. It is the English 'percorso' of the Italian-language degree course 'Economia e Management' (L-18/L-33). The corsi.unitn.it programme page records LANGUAGE: Italian for the parent course, and the 2026/27 admission call heads its Article 1 with 'the following Italian-language Degree Courses'. Teaching on the English track is in English and the track has its own seat quota and ranking, but administratively it sits inside an Italian degree course. 2) ENGLISH TOLC-E: earlier UniTrento calls (a.y. 2022/23 through 2025/26) were titled 'BANDO TOLC-E / ENGLISH TOLC-E' and allowed the English-language version of the TOLC-E. The 2026/27 call never mentions an 'English TOLC-E'; it states only 'TOLC-E' for EU/equivalent candidates (Note 7 describes the sections in Italian: logica, comprensione verbale, matematica) and CEnT-S for non-EU candidates. It could not be confirmed whether CISIA's English-language TOLC-E is still accepted for EU candidates on the English track in 2026/27; candidates should confirm with ammissioni@unitn.it. This is the main deviation from the task note ('Giriş: English TOLC-E'). 3) SEAT-TABLE ARITHMETIC: the 'Total' column in Article 3 of the call PDF is internally inconsistent for every programme (e.g. English track second session shows 11 EU + no non-EU but a total of 14; the Italian track shows 27 + '-' = 26). Summing the per-category columns gives 70 EU/equivalent + 5 non-EU = 75 seats, which matches the figure in the research brief; summing the printed 'Total' column gives 78. The per-category figures are treated as authoritative here. 4) NOTE 4 DATE TYPO: Note 4 of the 2026/27 call says unsuccessful English verification must be remedied 'before the first session of exams (that is by December 2025)', which is a leftover from the previous year's call and should read December 2026. 5) SOURCE ACCESS: at the time of research (31 August 2026) corsi.unitn.it and offertaformativa.unitn.it returned HTTP 405 to direct requests and a 'Human Verification' bot-check in a browser, while infostudenti.unitn.it and offertaformativa.unitn.it displayed a 'Site under maintenance' page. All corsi.unitn.it content above (programme page, admission page, and the full 30-page 2026/27 English admission call PDF) was therefore read from Internet Archive captures of the official pages: programme page captured 18 July 2026, admission page captured 13 May 2026, call PDF captured 10 March 2026. orienta.unitn.it and economia.unitn.it were reachable directly. Figures should be re-verified against the live pages once UniTrento's sites are back up. 6) URL MIGRATION: search results show a newer official host offertaformativa.unitn.it (e.g. https://offertaformativa.unitn.it/en/l/economics-and-management/applying) alongside corsi.unitn.it; UniTrento appears to be migrating its course catalogue, so the corsi.unitn.it URLs given above may redirect in future. 7) THIRD SESSION: the a.y. 2026/2027 call introduces a third session (EU/equivalent only, application 4 June - 24 August 2026) which did not exist in earlier years; its 3 English-track seats and lowered 8/36 threshold apply only to EU/equivalent candidates. 8) ADMISSION APPLICATION LABELS: on the UniTrento application portal the English track appears as 'EU Domanda di ammissione Economics e Management ENG TOLC-E - 2026' for EU candidates and 'Non-EU Application for Admission Economics and Management in English - CEnT - 2026' for non-EU candidates; non-EU candidates who apply under an 'EU' item are excluded from the process.
