Kabul Tipi

Restricted access — "Numero Programmato Locale" (locally capped admission set by the University, not by national ministerial decree). Regulated under Italian Law No. 264 of 2 August 1999. Access is by a local selective procedure run by the Department of Economics, Management and Institutions via a published admission call (bando di ammissione), with applications submitted through the University's Segrepass platform. Selection is a ranked competition combining the upper-secondary diploma grade and an oral interview. NOT open access; NOT TOLC-based; NOT SAT-based; no written multiple-choice test.

Resmî Eğitim Dili

Italian and English (bilingual) — NOT a fully English-taught programme. The official orientation portal course sheet lists the language as "Language ENG/ITA" on the English page and "Lingua ITA/ENG" on the Italian page. Neither unina.it page states which specific modules are delivered in English versus Italian, nor what share of the 180 CFU is English-medium. Signals of English use inside the curriculum: the characterizing training area explicitly includes "the acquisition of specific knowledge, also in foreign languages, of traditional management and marketing of the hotel business"; the final thesis "can be written in Italian or in English"; a dedicated English-language version of the course website exists (hospitalitymanagement.unina.it/en/), the programme runs 16 Erasmus agreements, and it reserves seats specifically for non-EU students residing abroad. Counter-signal: the admission interview only verifies English at CEFR B1 (see language_requirements), a threshold far below what a fully English-medium bachelor would require, and the University's own international admission regulation states that B2 Italian is waived only "for degree programmes taught in English" — a bilingual ITA/ENG programme is not unambiguously covered by that waiver. Applicants who do not speak Italian should obtain written confirmation from the course office (infohospitalitymanagement@unina.it) before applying.

AB / AEA adayları

For a.y. 2026/2027, first (main) selection window: application deadline 6 Temmuz 2026 at 14:00 (2:00 PM) Italian time — "Scadenza presentazione domanda alle ore 14.00 del 6 luglio 2026" / "Application deadline: 2:00 PM on July 6, 2026." Secondary document deadline: 10 Temmuz 2026 at 12:00 (noon) — by this time candidates must email the diploma-grade self-certification form to infohospitalitymanagement@unina.it. Interview dates (first window): 14 Temmuz 2026, 15 Temmuz 2026 and 16 Temmuz 2026. Italian and EU candidates are scheduled on the "Calendario italiani comunitari" list, whose published schedule opens on Tuesday 14 July 2026 with connection at 08:00 and interviews starting at 08:30 ("È richiesto a tutti i candidati di collegarsi alle ore 8:00 nelle date sottoindicate... I colloqui inizieranno alle ore 8:30. Martedì 14 Luglio ore 8.00"). Second selection window: early September 2026, held only if seats remain unfilled after the first window — "Second selection window, only if places remain available: early September." No exact September date had been published on unina.it at the time of research. Matriculation/enrolment: for admitted first-year students, enrolment must be completed online "starting from the date of publication of the ranking and within the peremptory deadline established by the announcement"; the general University enrolment window runs 1 September – 31 October each year. Note that these are the dates of the 2026 call; for the following cycle the course site states the new call "sarà pubblicato nella tarda primavera 2026" (will be published in late spring), so the pattern is a call published in late spring with selections in July.

Non-EU candidates residing abroad face two stacked deadlines. (1) Universitaly pre-enrolment (compulsory, visa prerequisite): 15 Haziran 2026 — "JUNE – 15 – 2026 – Pre-enrolment application deadline to University of Naples Federico II", after which "no programme changes are permitted". Pre-enrolment is done on https://www.universitaly.it/ indicating Federico II, this degree programme, and the Embassy/Consulate where the study visa will be requested. Official caveat: "pre-enrolment alone does not grant admission to degree programmes. In order to matriculate the students also need to take and pass the verifications of the entry requirements and the admission procedures set for the degree programme of their interest." (2) The programme's own selection call: the same Segrepass application deadline of 6 Temmuz 2026 at 14:00 applies, and the non-EU interview session is published separately as "Hospitality Management – Schedule of Interviews … Thursday 16th July - 8.00 a.m. (italian time)" for the 5 reserved non-EU seats. (3) Visa: "NOVEMBER – 30 – 2026 – Deadline for submitting the Visa Application at Italian Embassies/Consulates". Marked uncertain because no unina.it page explicitly states, in one place, that the 6 July Segrepass deadline is the operative application deadline for non-EU-abroad candidates as opposed to the Universitaly pre-enrolment step alone — the 15 June Universitaly deadline in fact precedes the 6 July Segrepass deadline, and the interaction between the two is not documented on the programme's pages. Non-EU applicants abroad should treat 15 Haziran 2026 as the binding practical deadline and confirm the Segrepass step with infohospitalitymanagement@unina.it.

Kabul koşulları

Akademik geçmiş
  • Seats (total): 65 total seats per intake, as the sum of the two published quotas: 60 + 5. Official wording (orientation portal): "Starting from the academic year 2024/2025, the number of available places for the Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management is defined as follows: 60 places reserved for EU students and 5 places reserved for non-EU students." The course website words the same split more precisely: "60 seats reserved for EU students and non-EU students legally residing in Italy; 5 seats reserved for non-EU students residing abroad." The figure 65 is a derived sum — no unina.it page prints a single combined total. | Seats (non-EU reserved): 5 seats reserved for non-EU students residing abroad ("5 seats reserved for non-EU students residing abroad" / "5 posti riservati agli studenti extracomunitari"), in force from a.y. 2024/2025 onward. Non-EU citizens who legally reside in Italy do not compete for these 5 seats — they fall inside the 60-seat EU-equivalent quota. Non-EU candidates abroad are interviewed in a dedicated session (16 Temmuz 2026, 08:00 Italian time) separate from the Italian/EU sessions.
  • Entry qualification: an Italian upper-secondary school diploma (Diploma di Scuola Media Superiore) or a qualification obtained abroad and recognised as equivalent or suitable. Official wording: "For access is required the possession of a certificate of High School or other qualification obtained abroad and recognized as equivalent." No specific subject prerequisites, minimum diploma grade, or prior credits are required, and no portfolio is requested. The diploma grade is not merely a threshold but is scored: the selection committee has 100 points in total, of which 50 points are awarded on the basis of the grade obtained in the state examination for the upper-secondary diploma and 50 points on the oral test — i.e. the school-leaving grade carries exactly half the weight of the final ranking. Candidates must self-certify their final diploma grade by the stated deadline (see required_documents); candidates who have not yet graduated at the time of application submit the self-certification once the grade is available, by the separate self-certification deadline. Holders of foreign qualifications must additionally satisfy the University's general foreign-qualification recognition rules (translation, legalisation, CIMEA/ENIC-NARIC comparability statement or Declaration of Value) before matriculation. Admission is competitive: passing the requirements does not guarantee a seat, only a ranking position against the 60 EU / 5 non-EU quotas.
Dil yeterliliği

English: at least CEFR B1. Official wording: "A level of English proficiency corresponding to at least B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is also required." (Italian original: "È altresì richiesto un livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese corrispondente almeno al livello B1 del quadro comune europeo di riferimento per le lingue (QCER).") This B1 threshold is notably lower than the B2 that Federico II's English-taught programmes typically demand. The English level is verified inside the oral admission interview itself — the course sheet states that admission is based on the diploma grade and an admission test "which includes an assessment of their foreign language proficiency" — and no unina.it page lists a schedule of accepted external certificates (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, etc.) or of certificate-based exemptions from that verification. Italian: no Italian-language requirement is stated anywhere on the programme's own pages. However, the University's central admission regulation (international.unina.it) provides that for Italian-taught programmes "a B2 level Italian language proficiency is required" (certified by a CLIQ-system body or by passing the University's proficiency test), and that "level B2 Italian language proficiency is not required" only for programmes taught in English. Because this course is officially registered as ITA/ENG rather than English-only, whether the B2 Italian requirement applies to it is genuinely ambiguous and must be confirmed with the course office before applying. Note also that the oral interview covers "general cultural topics with particular reference to general knowledge of the tourism sector" and candidate motivation; the unina.it pages do not state in which language the non-English portion of that interview is conducted.

Sınav / değerlendirme
  • Yes — a compulsory oral admission interview (prova orale / colloquio). There is no written test, no TOLC, no SAT and no multiple-choice quiz. Official wording: "The admission test will consist of an oral exam. The interview will cover general cultural topics with particular reference to general knowledge of the tourism sector, and it will assess the candidates' level of motivation regarding the field of study. A level of English proficiency corresponding to at least B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is also required." Content: (i) general culture, with particular reference to general knowledge of the tourism/hospitality sector
  • (ii) the candidate's degree of motivation for the sector
  • (iii) verification of English at CEFR B1 or above. Format: held remotely on Microsoft Teams — "Selections will be held online on Microsoft Teams platform. Students will receive an invitation to join the 'Selection Team' at the email address used to submit the application." Candidates connect at 08:00 with an ID document for identification; interviews begin at 08:30. Scoring and ranking: "In the overall evaluation for the final ranking, the selection committee has a total of 100 points at its disposal, with 50 points for the oral exam and 50 points awarded based on the grade obtained in the High School Diploma examination" — i.e. the interview and the school-leaving grade carry equal weight ("The final evaluation will give equal weight to the high school diploma grade and the outcome of the oral interview"). Preparation sessions are offered on request via infohospitalitymanagement@unina.it. Non-EU candidates residing abroad are interviewed in a separate session (16 July 2026, 08:00 Italian time) against their own 5-seat quota.

Hazırlanacak belgeler

    • No single consolidated document checklist is published on the programme's unina.it pages (the definitive list is inside the admission call PDF, which was not retrievable — see official_call_url). Documents evidenced across official pages: (a) Online application submitted through the University's Segrepass platform — "Applications must be submitted through the Segrepass platform" (Segrepass registration with a valid email address is required, since the Microsoft Teams interview invitation is sent "at the email address used to submit the application")
    • (b) the diploma-grade self-certification form — "il modello per l'autocertificazione del voto riportato del diploma di scuola secondaria superiore" / "the self-certification form stating the final grade obtained in their upper secondary school diploma" — emailed to infohospitalitymanagement@unina.it by 12:00 on 10 Temmuz 2026
    • (c) a valid identity document, to be shown at the online interview — "All candidates are required to be online according to the schedule below, equipped with an identity card to be identified"

  • 1) TEACHING LANGUAGE — MOST IMPORTANT CORRECTION TO THE RESEARCH BRIEF. The task item was framed as an English-taught programme. The official unina.it course sheet does NOT support that: it registers the language as "ENG/ITA" (English page) / "ITA/ENG" (Italian page), i.e. bilingual, and the Italian version is listed first on the Italian sheet. The "(EN)" in the page title "Hospitality Management (EN)" and in the URL slug /hospitality-management-en/ is the orientamento portal's convention for the English-language rendering of a course sheet, not a marker of an English-medium programme — the Italian twin page at /corsidistudio/hospitality-management/ has identical content and links to it as "Versione inglese". The degree title is in English because the profession is internationally named in English (explicitly justified for the Diploma Supplement), which is a separate matter from the language of instruction. No unina.it page publishes a module-by-module language breakdown, so the actual share of English-medium teaching is unknown. This programme should NOT be listed as fully English-taught without written confirmation from the course office. 2) The unusually low B1 English requirement noted in the brief is CONFIRMED verbatim on both the English and Italian official course sheets, and it is consistent with a bilingual rather than English-medium programme — a fully English-taught bachelor would not normally admit at B1. Read together, the B1 threshold is evidence for the bilingual reading of point 1, not an anomaly within an English-taught programme. 3) ITALIAN LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT UNRESOLVED. The University's central admission regulation waives the B2 Italian requirement only for programmes "taught in English". Because this course is registered ITA/ENG, it is not clear whether a non-Italian-speaking applicant must certify B2 Italian. The programme's own pages are silent on Italian. This is the single highest-impact open question for an international applicant and must be confirmed with infohospitalitymanagement@unina.it. 4) SEATS. 65 is a derived sum (60 + 5); no unina.it page prints a combined total. The two sources also word the 60-seat quota differently: the orientation portal says "60 places reserved for EU students", the course website says "60 seats reserved for EU students and non-EU students legally residing in Italy" — the course website's wording is the more precise and is standard Italian practice. A separate automated summary of the course homepage produced the figure "Limited to 50 students annually"; this was NOT corroborated by any primary text and is judged an extraction artefact — the authoritative figures are 60 + 5, in force from a.y. 2024/2025. 5) DEPARTMENT. An early automated read of the course homepage attributed the programme to a "Department of Agricultural Science"; this is wrong. Both official course sheets and the 2026 call announcement name the Dipartimento di Economia, Management, Istituzioni (DEMI), within the Scuola delle Scienze Umane e Sociali. (The curriculum does contain agri-food and gastronomy content, which likely caused the misread.) 6) CAMPUS ADDRESS DISCREPANCY. The orientation portal timetable section gives "Via Cintia 26 – 80126, Napoli"; the DEMI departmental page gives "Complesso Universitario di Monte Sant'Angelo, Via Cintia 21, 80126 Napoli". Both refer to the same Monte Sant'Angelo complex; the street number differs between official unina.it sources. The campus assignment in the brief (Monte Sant'Angelo) is confirmed. 7) OFFICIAL CALL PDF NOT RETRIEVED. The bando itself is the authoritative source for the definitive document checklist, exact quotas, tie-break rules and enrolment deadline, and it could not be opened: https://www.unina.it/didattica/offerta-didattica/corsi-a-numero-programmato/bandi-di-ammissione 302-redirects to old.unina.it and renders its document list client-side (static fetch returns "Al momento non sono pervenuti nuovi contenuti"), and https://www.unina.it/en/visualizzatore returns HTTP 403. Consequently the 2026/2027 decree number and PDF URL are unknown; by analogy with the 2023 edition (N.R. 5478/2023) the call is also posted to https://www.unina.it/ateneo/albo-ufficiale. Fields derived from the call — required_documents in particular — are therefore reconstructed from the programme's own pages rather than from the decree. 8) NON-EU DEADLINE STACKING. The Universitaly pre-enrolment deadline (15 Haziran 2026) falls BEFORE the programme's Segrepass application deadline (6 Temmuz 2026), and no unina.it page explains how the two interact for a non-EU candidate abroad. A dedicated non-EU interview session exists (16 Temmuz 2026), which implies non-EU candidates do complete the Segrepass application, but this is inference from the schedule PDF rather than an explicit statement. 9) CONTRADICTORY DOCUMENT-SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS. The international-applications page says not to email documents to infohospitalitymanagement@unina.it, while the selection page requires the diploma-grade self-certification form to be emailed to exactly that address. Both are current official pages. Applicants should follow the selection page for the self-certification form and the University portal for everything else. 10) YEAR OF DATA. Course-sheet content is marked "Updated 2025/2026"; seats are stated as in force "starting from the academic year 2024/2025"; the deadlines and interview schedules captured are those of the call for entry in 2026 (research date 30 Ağustos 2026, i.e. the July 2026 first window has already passed and the early-September second window may be imminent or concluded). The next call was announced as due "in late spring 2026". Dates for subsequent cycles will differ and must be re-checked against a fresh bando. 11) NO PROGRAMME-SPECIFIC TUITION FIGURE exists on unina.it; only the University-wide ISEE-based system applies. Third-party pages circulating specific euro amounts for Federico II were not used, as the task restricts sources to unina.it. Note also that the two curricular internships (50 CFU combined) are explicitly unpaid. 12) NO LIST OF ACCEPTED ENGLISH CERTIFICATES. Unlike most English-taught Italian programmes, no unina.it page for this course names accepted certificates (IELTS/TOEFL/Cambridge) or scores mapping to B1, nor any exemption from the in-interview language check. B1 appears to be assessed by the selection committee during the oral exam itself. 13) SOURCE HYGIENE NOTE. The hospitalitymanagement.unina.it selection page carries injected third-party spam links in its page footer (unrelated gambling-site anchors). These are page contamination on an otherwise official subdomain and were disregarded; they do not affect the credibility of the programme content in the page body, but they indicate the subdomain's CMS is not tightly maintained.
