Kampüs

PRIMARY TEACHING SITE — the Engineering complex at Via Nuova Agnano 30-38, 80125 Napoli (the "Ingegneria ad Agnano" complex, in the area between Fuorigrotta, Agnano and the eastern slope of Bagnoli), part of the Scuola Politecnica e delle Scienze di Base. This VERIFIES the research brief's "campus: to be verified", and it is NOT Monte Sant'Angelo, Policlinico, Portici, San Giovanni a Teduccio or Frullone for the first year. Two independent official confirmations: (a) the orientation portal course sheet's "Directions" field gives exactly "Via Nuova Agnano, 30-38, 80125 Napoli NA"; (b) the programme's own published first-year timetable lists every lecture in rooms coded NA-T-A1, NA-T-A2, NA-T-A5, NA-I-A1, NA-I-A4, NA-I-A5, NA-I-A9, NA-II-A5, NA-II-A7 (the "NA" = Nuova Agnano building, followed by floor T/I/II and room number), and links the timetable to the EasyAcademy schedule for "Collegio di Ingegneria - Fuorigrotta". The unina.it page on the complex describes it as built to a 1999 design by architect Pasquale Manduca, completed in 2001, four blocks arranged as an isosceles trapezoid around a central covered forum, with classrooms mainly on the ground floor. SECOND-YEAR TEACHING IS DISTRIBUTED ACROSS OTHER FEDERICO II SITES and no single official page states where each curriculum meets: the C4 "Intelligent Systems" contact person is Prof. Giovanni Acampora of the Department of Physics "Ettore Pancini, Monte Sant'Angelo Campus"; the C3 "Fundamental Sciences" contacts are Prof. Giuseppe Longo (Dept of Physics, Monte Sant'Angelo Campus, room 1M35) and Prof. Roberta Siciliano (DIETI, room 3.15); the C2 "Information Technologies" contact is Prof. Vincenzo Moscato at "DIETI, via Claudio Campus" (Via Claudio 21, Fuorigrotta); C1 is run with DISES (Monte Sant'Angelo). Second-year students should therefore expect to move between Agnano, Via Claudio and Monte Sant'Angelo depending on the curriculum chosen. ADMINISTRATIVE ADDRESSES: the enrolment/student-records office used by this programme is the "Segreteria studenti per l'area didattica di Ingegneria", Piazzale Tecchio 80, Napoli (per the programme's own foreign-student page). NOTE THE CONFLICT: the central unina.it course record still routes the course to the "Segreteria Studenti Area didattica Scienze MMFFNN" — see uncertainty_notes. Department front office: DIETI Students Front Office (https://www.dieti.unina.it/index.php/en/students/students-front-office).

Kabul Tipi

OPEN ACCESS (Italian "accesso libero") — NO numerus clausus, NO ranked competition, NO admission test, NO seat cap. The orientation portal fact-sheet header records "Admission: Libero" and "Degree required: Laurea I Livello". Admission is instead conditional on meeting objective curricular prerequisites, which are checked document-by-document by a committee of professors rather than by a competitive selection. In practice there are three distinct routes: (1) UNINA BACHELOR GRADUATES IN LISTED FIELDS — automatic, no check: "students coming from any of the following BAs are admitted with no need of further checks: mathematics, physics, any field of engineering, or chemistry" (economics/finance graduates need at least 6 CFU in computer-science subjects). (2) OTHER ITALIAN BACHELOR GRADUATES — a full academic transcript is submitted to the Segreteria at enrolment and passed to a committee of professors who "will evaluate the CV and — when it is the case — will decide whether the student has the minimum amount of competencies. Usually, BAs in hard sciences, engineering, or economy, grant immediate access without debts." Missing CFU may have to be acquired before admission (via "Corsi Singoli" / single course units). (3) FOREIGN-DEGREE APPLICANTS — a pre-evaluation and pre-acceptance letter route via the coordinator, then pre-enrolment on the UNIVERSITALY portal (compulsory for non-EU applicants residing abroad). IMPORTANT PROCEDURAL SUBTLETY FOR NON-EU APPLICANTS: the programme states that if you already match all three published prerequisites you should apply DIRECTLY on Universitaly and must NOT fill the pre-evaluation form — "IMPORTANT: If you match all the above requisites, YOU MUST NOT FILL THE FORM." Only applicants who fail one of the prerequisites use the Google-Forms pre-evaluation request (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc8xMmFHTLpQYA6hVC3APSgZnFICosYleWLrI8EOWO6vgs_0g/viewform), and the site warns "your chances of being admitted are slim". Because the course is accesso libero, no bando di ammissione (admission call) is published for it — see official_call_url. Enrolment for anyone (including EU) is refused if the prerequisites are not met: the University's FAQ for two-year open-access master's courses states "Posso immatricolarmi se non possiedo i requisiti di accesso? No. Prima di immatricolarsi è necessario acquisire i requisiti di accesso richiesti" and that the Segreteria will annul an enrolment made without the requirements.

Resmî Eğitim Dili

English — the programme is officially and consistently declared English-taught by every unina.it source, but a small number of SECOND-YEAR free-choice electives borrowed from Italian-taught degree programmes still appear on the course website under Italian titles, so the '100% English' claim is safe for the first year and for the official curricular courses but should be verified course-by-course for the second-year elective slots. EVIDENCE FOR ENGLISH: (1) the orientation portal course-sheet header records "Language ENG" (single value, unlike the ITA/ENG bilingual courses in the same catalogue); (2) the orientation portal states "All lectures and short courses are in English. Exams are preferably in English."; (3) the programme's own site states "The Master in Data Sciences is entirely in English, lasts two years, and requires the acquisition of 120 CFU's to be completed."; (4) internship reports and the thesis must be written in English — "Reports must be in English" and "The thesis must lead to an original result, must be written in English"; (5) the entire official 2026/2027 Study Program (Manifesto) is published in an English-language version with all first-year and curricular course titles in English. NOTE ON "EXAMS ARE PREFERABLY IN ENGLISH": this wording is weaker than the guarantee given by some other Federico II English degrees (which say exams are held exclusively in English); it implies an examiner could, in principle, allow an Italian-language examination. CAVEAT ON SECOND-YEAR ELECTIVES : the second year draws its curricular and elective courses from several host degree programmes (DIETI - LM Data Science, LM Computer Engineering, LM Computer Science, LM Informatica; DFEP - LM Physics and LM Quantum Science and Engineering; DMRC - LM Engineering Mathematics; DISES - LM Economics and Finance / Economics and Business / Economics and Commerce; DII - LM Aerospace Engineering, LM Autonomous Vehicle Engineering; DICMAPI - LM Industrial Bioengineering). Some of those host programmes are Italian-taught, and on the C3 "Data Science for Fundamental Sciences" curriculum page the recommended free-choice list for Path 3 (Life Sciences) is printed with ITALIAN course titles — "Biologia Computazionale e Statistica", "Fisica Medica", "Metodologie per l'analisi delle immagini", "Machine Learning e Big Data per la salute". That is a strong signal that those specific electives are delivered in Italian. The 2026/2027 Manifesto's own curricular tables list every FSE/LS course in English ("Biochemistry and computational biochemistry", "Cell and Molecular Biology"), so the mandatory curricular courses appear to be English; the risk is confined to the two free-choice slots. Applicants who cannot follow Italian should confirm the delivery language of each chosen elective with the coordinator before locking their study plan. SEPARATE POINT — ITALIAN IS STILL COMPULSORY IN PRACTICE FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS: the 6 CFU "other activities / additional knowledge" slot can only be earned by international students through an Italian-language course. The Manifesto states: "For foreign students only, these credits will be awarded after obtaining a certificate of knowledge of the Italian language (courses provided by the University Language Center - CLA)." The course website repeats: "Foreign students must obtain these credits by (i) following a course in the Italian language at the Linguistic Center of the Atheneum, and (ii) by following the Picariello lectures". So although no Italian is required at admission, an Italian-language certificate from the CLA is required to graduate. Supplementary English-language teaching: the weekly "Picariello lectures on Data Science" seminar series.

AB / AEA adayları

There is NO single programme-specific application deadline for EU (and EU-equivalent) candidates, because Data Science is open-access: EU applicants do not 'apply', they simply enrol within the University's calendar after having their qualification checked by the Coordinator. TWO DATE SETS APPLY. (A) QUALIFICATION EVALUATION (EU applicants with a foreign degree) — no fixed date: "you have to send your academic documents to the Coordinator of the course you wish to enrol in to find out whether you meet the enrolment requirements" (international.unina.it). Do this as early as possible, since it precedes enrolment. (B) ENROLMENT CALENDAR FOR A.Y. 2026/2027 (from the University's official 'Guida all'iscrizione Anno accademico 2026-27'), which governs Italian and EU students alike: — 16 Temmuz 2026: ordinary immatriculation period opens ("16 LUGLIO 2026 - Inizio periodo ordinario immatricolazione"; the first-instalment table specifies "Dal 16 luglio (immatricolazioni L o iscrizioni I anno LM)", i.e. first-year master's enrolments open on this date); — 2 Kasım 2026: ORDINARY DEADLINE for immatriculation and enrolment ("2 NOVEMBRE 2026 - Scadenza periodo ordinario immatricolazione e iscrizione agli anni successivi"); — 3 Kasım 2026: extraordinary (late) period opens; — 15 Ocak 2027: last date to enrol late with a EUR 50 surcharge; — 16 Ocak 2027: from this date the late surcharge rises to EUR 110; — 31 Mart 2027: ABSOLUTE FINAL DEADLINE for first-year enrolment in a two-year master's degree — "Le iscrizioni al primo anno dei corsi di laurea magistrali potranno essere effettuate entro il 31 marzo 2027", with the important condition that anyone enrolling after 31 Aralık 2026 may be required by the course's Teaching Coordination Committee to first earn between 6 and 12 CFU via single course units. The programme's own FAQ states the same rule and warns against using it: "The official deadline for enrolling is the end of March. Keep in mind however that to do so means to lose the entire first semester of courses and therefore to be unable to follow in a proficuous way the courses of the second semester. This is especially detrimental for those 12 CFU courses which are split into two modules. We, therefore, recommend to enroll before the first semester starts." TEACHING START: classes for 2026/27 begin on 22 September 2026 ("Schedule of the First semester - First year (lessons start on the 22-th September)"). Instalment dates: 1st instalment by 2 Kasım 2026, 2nd by 1 Mart 2027, 3rd by 30 Nisan 2027. PRACTICAL ADVICE: aim to complete enrolment between 16 July and 22 September 2026; treat 2 November 2026 as the real deadline and 31 March 2027 as an emergency fallback that costs you a semester.

For NON-EU applicants RESIDING ABROAD there is a hard, ministry-driven three-date pipeline for a.y. 2026/2027, published by the University in its 'Information for non-EU students with residency abroad' booklet and on international.unina.it: — 15 Haziran 2026: PRE-ENROLMENT APPLICATION DEADLINE on the UNIVERSITALY portal, naming the University of Naples Federico II and the Data Science programme. Official wording: "JUNE - 15 - 2026 - Pre-enrolment application deadline to University of Naples Federico II. After this date no programme changes are permitted. After this date pre-enrolment is allowed to the programmes with restricted access only." THIS IS THE OPERATIVE DEADLINE FOR THIS PROGRAMME: because Data Science is open-access (not restricted access), non-EU pre-enrolment closes on 15 June 2026 and does not reopen. — 30 Kasım 2026: deadline for lodging the study-visa application at the Italian Embassy/Consulate ("NOVEMBER - 30 - 2026 - Deadline for submitting the Visa Application at Italian Embassies/Consulates"). — 31 Ocak 2027: deadline for completing enrolment (matriculation) in Naples — "Deadline for completing enrolment at University of Naples Federico II. After this date students who are not officially enrolled according to ministerial regulations will have their visa revoked, and Italian police authorities will be notified." (Note: page 8 of the same booklet mistypes this as "31 January 2026" — the Deadlines page and the ministerial rule both give 31 January 2027.) SEQUENCING ADVICE FROM THE UNIVERSITY: "It is advisable to obtain the admission to your chosen programme before applying on Universitaly. Otherwise, if you have already submitted your pre-enrolment application on Universitaly, a dedicated team will forward your documents for evaluation. In this case, processing times may be longer." So contact cdsm.datascience@unina.it for the pre-acceptance letter well before 15 June 2026. ONE-SHOT WARNING: "Since Universitaly accepts only one application for each person" you get a single choice; and if you cancel your Universitaly application to UNINA "you cannot reapply to the same University for the same academic year". NON-EU APPLICANTS ALREADY LEGALLY RESIDENT IN ITALY OR THE EU are treated like EU applicants — they "have unrestricted access to university courses", do not pre-enrol on Universitaly, and follow the EU enrolment calendar in application_deadline_eu instead. LATE-ARRIVAL / VISA-DELAY CONCESSION published by the programme: students holding a pre-admission letter who have filed a visa request may follow classes online on Microsoft Teams "until the end of November which marks the end of the period in which VISAs may be obtained", but "must however enroll (i.e. be physically present in Naples) before the end of December"; to obtain Teams access, e-mail the course professor and cc the coordinator with the visa-application receipt. Lectures are not necessarily recorded and camera-on attendance is monitored.

  • Seats (total): NO SEAT CAP — the programme is accesso libero ("Admission: Libero" on the orientation portal fact sheet), so no total number of places is set or published, and there is no ranking list. only in the sense that a null is being reported rather than a number: no unina.it page for the Data Science LM publishes any figure for total places, and no bando di ammissione exists for it. This is the normal situation for Federico II's open-access two-year master's degrees (the published seat numbers on unina.it — e.g. 93 places for Building Engineering-Architecture, 120 for Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology — belong to numero programmato courses only). Practical consequence for applicants: there is no competitive cut-off to beat and no risk of being ranked out; the only gate is the curricular prerequisite check plus, for non-EU applicants, the visa/pre-enrolment pipeline. | Seats (non-EU reserved): NONE PUBLISHED — because the course has no seat cap, there is no reserved sub-quota for non-EU applicants residing abroad on any unina.it page. with one caveat: Italian universities must still declare an annual contingent of places for non-EU visa students on the ministerial UNIVERSITALY portal even for open-access courses, and that per-course figure is published on universitaly.it rather than on unina.it, so it could not be verified within the unina.it-only source restriction imposed by this research task. What unina.it does say is a soft capacity constraint rather than a numeric quota: after the 15 June 2026 pre-enrolment deadline, "pre-enrolment is allowed to the programmes with restricted access only" — i.e. an open-access programme like Data Science stops accepting new non-EU pre-enrolments after that date. For comparison, where Federico II does reserve non-EU seats it states them explicitly and numerically in the course's bando (e.g. "3 reserved for non-EU citizens residing abroad, of which 1 for Chinese citizens"); no such statement exists for Data Science. Applicants should check the Data Science entry on universitaly.it for the current academic year, or write to pre-enrolment@unina.it.
  • A first-cycle degree (Laurea triennale / Bachelor) in a SCIENTIFIC OR ECONOMIC discipline, plus a minimum credit threshold and — for foreign-degree holders — a minimum grade. THE THREE PUBLISHED PREREQUISITES (from the programme's 'Info for foreign students' page): "1. A Bachelor Degree with at least 30 CFUs (Credits) in engineering, computer sciences, mathematics, statistics or physics. Of these at least 6 CFU must be in computer sciences-related topics
  • 2. The score of your bachelor must be above 7 in a 10 scale
Dil yeterliliği

ENGLISH B2 OR HIGHER, BY CERTIFICATE ONLY — this is a hard, non-negotiable admission requirement and is unusually strictly worded for Federico II. The programme states: "A good knowledge (certified B2 or higher) of English both written and spoken is also a necessary condition to be admitted", and, in the prerequisites list, "A certification for the English proficiency (level B2 or higher) released by an official certification institute (University declarations are not sufficient)." THE PARENTHETICAL IS THE CRITICAL DETAIL: a letter or declaration from your home university stating that your degree was taught in English is expressly NOT accepted; you need a certificate from a recognised examination body. The programme names no closed list of accepted certificates; the University's admission regulation refers generically to "an international certificate attesting to the level of English language skills (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, etc.)". Preparation courses are offered by the University Language Centre: "Foreign and Italian courses for foreign students are provided by the CLA (Centro Linguistico di Ateneo / Atheneum Language Center)" — https://www.cla.unina.it/en/home . ITALIAN: NOT REQUIRED AT ADMISSION. Because Data Science is an English-taught degree, the University-wide rule applies: "If you choose a three-year, five-year or single-cycle degree course in ENGLISH, level B2 Italian language proficiency is not required." No Italian certificate and no Italian language test are needed to be admitted or to get the visa validated. BUT ITALIAN IS REQUIRED TO GRADUATE. The 2026/2027 official Study Program attaches the Italian requirement to the 6-CFU "Additional knowledge" slot in the second year: "For foreign students only, these credits will be awarded after obtaining a certificate of knowledge of the Italian language (courses provided by the University Language Center - CLA)." The course website confirms: "Foreign students must obtain these credits by (i) following a course in the Italian language at the Linguistic Center of the Atheneum, and (ii) by following the Picariello lectures". No CEFR level is specified for this graduation-side Italian certificate — plan on taking a CLA course during the programme. VISA-SIDE NOTE: the University advises that an English certificate is "useful for the issue of the visa by the diplomatic/consular Representation", so the same B2 certificate should be uploaded to Universitaly. OUTPUT-LANGUAGE RULES: internship reports "must be in English"; the thesis "must be written in English, and must be exhaustive, i.e. it must be understandable also by a competent person who is not an expert of the specific field"; the final exam is a 30-40 minute presentation plus Q&A.

Sınav / değerlendirme

NO ENTRY EXAM, NO ADMISSION TEST, NO TOLC, NO SAT, NO INTERVIEW, NO PORTFOLIO. Admission is 'Libero' (open) on the orientation portal, and no unina.it page for this programme mentions any written test, oral test, motivational interview or ranked selection. What replaces a test is a DOCUMENTARY EVALUATION of the applicant's academic record: for Italian non-UNINA graduates "at the moment of enrollment, students must present a complete record of their academic achievements. The document will then be passed by the secretariat to a committee of professors who will evaluate the CV and — when it is the case — will decide whether the student has the minimum amount of competencies."; for UNINA graduates from outside the listed fields "the student should first submit to the enrollment office (secretary) a complete academic CV (with the list of the exams). The CV will then be evaluated. In some cases, the applicants can be required to acquire missing CFU's prior admission." For foreign applicants the equivalent step is the coordinator's issue of a PRE-ACCEPTANCE LETTER: the University's 2026/27 non-EU information booklet explains "A pre-acceptance letter certifies your eligibility for the selected degree programme. It is issued by the Programme Coordinator following an evaluation of the documents you have submitted" and "The University will validate your application once the course coordinator has issued your pre-acceptance letter." Note the University-level caution that this evaluation is not a formality: "Pre-enrolment alone does not grant admission to degree programmes. Applicants must meet all academic and admission requirements" and "The issuance of a visa does not automatically guarantee enrolment at the University." ENGLISH IS CERTIFIED BY DOCUMENT, NOT BY TEST — the programme requires a B2+ certificate from an official certification body and explicitly refuses university self-declarations (see language_requirements). ITALIAN LANGUAGE TEST: not applicable at admission, because the University waives the B2 Italian requirement for English-taught degrees; but note that an Italian-language certificate from the CLA is needed later to earn the 6-CFU 'other activities' credits.

  • THERE IS NO PROGRAMME-SPECIFIC DOCUMENT CHECKLIST ON THE COURSE SITE — the FAQ simply says "Needed documents. Look here" and points to the University pages. The applicable University-level lists are: (1) FOR NON-EU PRE-ENROLMENT ON UNIVERSITALY (uploaded as PDF), master's-degree track: Transcript of Records (ToR); final degree certificate; detailed course descriptions (syllabi); additional documents such as language certificates, motivation letter, reference letters; a PRE-ACCEPTANCE LETTER FROM THE PROGRAMME COORDINATOR; and Declaration of Value (DoV) or the CIMEA Statement of Comparability AND Statement of Verification (both, jointly). Plus, in the application itself, personal data exactly as on the passport and the Embassy/Consulate where the visa will be requested. (2) QUALIFICATION-RECOGNITION DOCUMENTS (mandatory at enrolment): Declaration of Value issued by an Italian Embassy/Consulate — or, as an alternative, CIMEA Statement of Comparability + Statement of Verification (https://cimea-diplome.it/). If the qualification comes from a European Higher Education Area / Bologna Process country, submit a DIPLOMA SUPPLEMENT accompanied by a CIMEA Statement of Verification. Holders of qualifications from Lisbon Recognition Convention signatory countries may use CIMEA's ARDI platform to obtain a Statement of Correspondence plus a Statement of Verification. "At the enrolment stage, the above-mentioned documents are mandatory and must accompany the submitted/declared academic qualifications." (3) TO TAKE TO THE ITALIAN EMBASSY: the Universitaly pre-enrolment summary validated by the University; any language competence certificates; the visa-application documents including a health insurance policy; the foreign-qualification documents. Visa financial requirement: proof of means of subsistence of EUR 10,179.85 per year, funds for repatriation, suitable accommodation and medical insurance. (4) FOR ENROLMENT (MATRICULATION) AT THE STUDENT OFFICE — international students: copy of passport; application form; 1 passport photo; Italian tax code (codice fiscale — mandatory to complete enrolment, obtainable from Agenzia delle Entrate or an Italian embassy); residence permit or proof of having applied for it; Declaration of Value or ENIC-NARIC/CIMEA certificate. Note that "Coloro che presentano una cittadinanza straniera dovranno effettuare l'iscrizione presso gli sportelli delle Segreterie Studenti, non potranno usare la procedura on-line" — foreign-citizenship students must enrol in person at the student office counter, not online. (5) FOR ITALIAN/EU ENROLMENT VIA SEGREPASS (www.segrepass.unina.it), per the University FAQ for open-access two-year master's degrees, the packet to hand in within 10 days of receiving the matriculation number is: the printed plico (summary of the data entered in the matriculation procedure); one passport-size photo (unless already uploaded); a photocopy of a valid identity document; and — if the bachelor was obtained at a university other than Federico II — a self-certification of the degree under D.P.R. 445/2000 stating the awarding university, the exact title obtained, the date and the final grade, and the full list of exams passed with, for each exam, the date, grade, number of CFU and SSD (scientific-disciplinary sector). (6) DE FACTO PROGRAMME-SPECIFIC ITEMS: the B2+ English certificate from an official certification body (a university declaration is not accepted), and — for applicants who do NOT meet all three published prerequisites — a completed pre-evaluation Google Form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc8xMmFHTLpQYA6hVC3APSgZnFICosYleWLrI8EOWO6vgs_0g/viewform); applicants who DO meet all prerequisites are instructed not to submit that form. Enquiries: cdsm.datascience@unina.it; non-EU pre-enrolment: pre-enrolment@unina.it (put the programme name and your pre-application number in the subject line).

  • 1) WHICH DEPARTMENT AND WHICH STUDENT OFFICE — DIRECT CONFLICT BETWEEN OFFICIAL UNINA.IT SOURCES. The central unina.it course record (https://www.unina.it/-/19392771-data-science) still lists "Dipartimento: Dipartimento di Fisica", teaching area "Scienze MM.FF.NN." and routes students to the "Segreteria Studenti Area didattica Scienze MMFFNN". The orientation portal and the programme's own site say the course moved to DIETI in 2023 and that the enrolment desk is the "Segreteria studenti per l'area didattica di Ingegneria" at Piazzale Tecchio 80. The DIETI/engineering version is almost certainly current (the 2023 move is stated explicitly, the site is DIETI-hosted, the coordinator is a DIETI professor and teaching happens in the Engineering complex at Agnano); the unina.it central record appears not to have been updated. PRACTICAL RISK: an applicant who follows the central record could queue at the wrong student office. Confirm with cdsm.datascience@unina.it before submitting paperwork. 2) MINIMUM BACHELOR GRADE 7.5/10 vs 7.0/10 — the programme's own 'How to enroll' page says 7.5/10; the identical text mirrored on orientamento.unina.it says 7.0/10; the programme's 'Info for foreign students' page says "above 7 in a 10 scale". Three official unina.it pages, two different thresholds. Assume 7.5/10 and confirm by e-mail. 3) TEACHING LANGUAGE OF SECOND-YEAR FREE-CHOICE COURSES — all official statements say the degree is entirely in English, but the C3 (Fundamental Sciences, Life Sciences path) recommended-elective table on the course website lists four courses under Italian titles ("Biologia Computazionale e Statistica", "Fisica Medica", "Metodologie per l'analisi delle immagini", "Machine Learning e Big Data per la salute"), and the 2026/2027 Manifesto shows several elective courses hosted by Italian-taught degree programmes (e.g. "DIETI – LM Informatica", "DISES – LM Economics and Commerce"). Verify the delivery language of each chosen elective with the coordinator. Also note the softer-than-usual wording "Exams are preferably in English" rather than 'exclusively'. 4) CURRICULUM NAMES AND CONTENTS ARE OUT OF DATE ON THE WEBSITE relative to the binding 2026/2027 Manifesto. The website menu labels C1-C4 as: C1 Public Administration, Economics and Management; C2 Information Technologies; C3 Fundamental Science; C4 Intelligent Systems — but the underlying URL slugs still carry abandoned names ("c2-data-science-for-fundamental-science-and-engineering", "c3-data-science-for-real-world-evidence-in-pharmacology-and-oncology"), and the recommended course tables differ from the Manifesto (e.g. the C1 page recommends "Computational Statistics and Generalized Linear Models" + "Introduction to Economy and Econometrics", while the 2026/27 Manifesto's ECO curriculum prescribes "Computational Statistical Inference and Categorical Data Analysis" (12 CFU) + "Financial Time Series Analysis" (6 CFU)). ALWAYS USE THE MANIFESTO PDF, NOT THE CURRICULUM WEB PAGES, for the current year. Answering the research brief's question directly: ALL FOUR CURRICULA BELONG TO THE SAME ENGLISH-TAUGHT DEGREE and none is a separate Italian-taught track — the language question is about individual elective modules, not about whole curricula. 5) PATH COUNT INCONSISTENCY — the orientation portal text says the Information Technologies curriculum "offers three different learning paths" and then lists FIVE (Statistics and Robotics for Health; Signal and Video Processing; Data Security; Industrial Applications; Text and Speech Processing), and says Fundamental Sciences "offers three different learning paths" and lists three. The Manifesto confirms five ITE paths and three FSC paths. The "three" in the ITE sentence is a stale editing artefact. 6) DATE TYPO IN THE OFFICIAL NON-EU BOOKLET — its Matriculation page says "Students who obtained visa are required to matriculate by 31 January 2026", while the same booklet's Deadlines page says 31 January 2027. 2027 is correct for a.y. 2026/2027. 7) VISA-DELAY / ONLINE-ATTENDANCE NOTICE IS STALE — the programme's 'Info for foreign students' page still heads that concession "Info for students enrolling in 2024/2025" and names the coordinator's mailbox, while orientamento.unina.it carries the same text updated to "2025/2026" and to giuseppe.longo@unina.it. Neither has been refreshed for 2026/2027, so do not assume the online-attendance concession will be repeated; confirm with the coordinator. 8) COORDINATOR PAGE COPY-PASTE ERROR — the programme site's Coordinator page reads "For the 2026-2028 term, the Coordinator of the Computer Engineering program is Prof. Vincenzo Moscato" on a Data Science page. Moscato is independently confirmed as the Data Science coordinator by both orientamento.unina.it and the central unina.it record, so the name is right and only the programme label is wrong. 9) NON-EU SEAT CONTINGENT NOT VERIFIABLE FROM UNINA.IT — see non_eu_reserved_seats; the per-course non-EU quota for open-access degrees lives on universitaly.it, which was outside this task's unina.it-only source restriction. 10) REGIONAL TAX FIGURE — international.unina.it quotes a flat EUR 140/year while the binding 2026/27 Guida gives EUR 130/151/173 bands and assigns EUR 151 to students whose household resides abroad. Use the Guida. 11) NO PROGRAMME-SPECIFIC DOCUMENT CHECKLIST is published; the required_documents field is assembled from the University-level non-EU booklet, the admission regulation and the open-access master's FAQ, so a specific extra document could be requested by the Segreteria or coordinator. 12) STALE LEGACY PAGE — https://www.fisica.unina.it/laurea-magistrale-in-data-science still presents the programme under the Department of Physics with market statistics dating to 2013-2016; it is not a current source. 13) ACADEMIC-YEAR BASIS — all dates and amounts in this record are for A.Y. 2026/2027, gathered on 30 Ağustos 2026. The 15 June 2026 non-EU pre-enrolment deadline for 2026/27 HAS ALREADY PASSED as of that date, so a non-EU applicant reading this must target A.Y. 2027/2028 and re-check the corresponding deadlines when the new booklet is published.
