Kabul Tipi

Restricted access / numero programmato with document-based selection — there is NO written entrance exam. The admission type combination is: (a) restricted access with fixed quotas, (b) a language-proficiency eligibility filter (B2 in 2 of the 3 teaching languages) that excludes applicants before ranking, and (c) an Admission Committee evaluation of self-declared secondary-school grades plus certified extracurricular experience, producing a ranking list. There is no TOLC-I, no CENT-S, no SAT, no unibz subject entrance test, no interview and no portfolio for this programme.

Resmî Eğitim Dili

Trilingual: German, Italian and English are all official teaching languages. Weighting in the published 2026/27 course offering (individual teaching units): 13 units in English, 4 in German, 2 in Italian, plus 2 composite courses split across English and German. English carries most of the first-year core (Introduction to Programming, Economics of Digital Markets, Accounting for Decision Making, Introduction to Linear Algebra and Discrete Mathematics, Introduction to Analysis and Optimization Techniques, Modeling and Databases with Project, Application Engineering for Business Informatics, Engineering of Mobile Systems, Change Management, Digital Finance and Financial Markets). Italian carries Data Structures and Algorithms (6 CP) and Management of System Security and Networks (6 CP). German carries Probability Theory and Statistics (6 CP), Web and Internet Engineering with Project (6 CP), ERP Systems and IT Management (7 CP) and Strategic Management and Digital Business (5 CP). Two dedicated language courses are embedded in the curriculum: 'English for Informatics and Digital Business' (3 CP, year 2) and 'Italian/German for Informatics and Digital Business' (3 CP, year 3). Language mix per course can shift from year to year, so the split above is the 2026/27 snapshot rather than a fixed rule.

Kabul koşulları

Akademik geçmiş

Required qualification (one of): a secondary school leaving certificate from the Italian system, or a foreign qualification recognised as equivalent. Foreign school-leaving certificates count as equivalent only if obtained after 12 years of education AND at least the last two years were attended in that foreign school system (unibz explicitly warns that attending one year and obtaining, e.g., the Irish Leaving Certificate is not enough). The Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research imposes additional specific admission requirements for holders of certain certificates (American high school diplomas, British and Greek certificates are named); such candidates should contact apply@unibz.it (Advisory Service). Beyond the qualification, applicants must possess: (1) adequate general competence and disciplinary competence in the mathematical area — assessed from the average grade of the third-last and penultimate year of secondary school plus any other documents the commission requests, and (2) adequate knowledge of at least two of the three teaching languages. This is a bachelor programme, so there are no ECTS or SSD credit prerequisites; the 2024 SSD reform codes (e.g. INFO-01/A, IINF-05/A, ECON-04/A, MATH-02/A, MATH-03/A, MATH-03/B, ECON-06/A, ECON-07/A, ECON-09/A, ECON-09/B, GIUR-01/A, ANGL-01/C) appear in this programme only as the classification of its own taught courses, not as entry requirements.

Dil yeterliliği

This is the decisive field for this programme. The official teaching languages are German, Italian and English, and applicants must certify B2 in at least two of them or be excluded from the admission procedure. Entry: 1st language B2, 2nd language B2, 3rd language no level required. Exit (to graduate): 1st language C1, 2nd language C1, 3rd language B2, all on the Common European Framework of Reference. The 'first' language is defined as the one in which the applicant is strongest, the 'third' as the weakest or a complete beginner language — the positions are assigned by proficiency, not by which specific language it is. Certification is mandatory for the first and second language and recommended (from B1 upwards) for the third. Only B2-level exams can be booked at the unibz Language Centre. A B1 level in the third language is the minimum needed to take curricular examinations in that language, and if the first semester is taught only in English while English is the applicant's third language, at least B1 in English must be certified by mid-January to be able to sit all first-semester curricular exams. Free Language Centre courses target B1 in the third language by end of year 1 and B2 by end of year 2; absolute beginners must use the September intensive course because A1 beginner courses are offered exclusively in the September pre-semester session and no longer during the academic year. Certificates issued by an Italian public institution are declared via self-declaration; those from a foreign public institution require an uploaded scanned copy of the original. If a foreign or bi-/multilingual school diploma explicitly states CEFR levels (B1, B2 or C1) for German, Italian or English AND all four skills (reading, listening, speaking, writing) were assessed, those levels are accepted as proof for the second and/or third language, subject to Language Centre approval.

Hazırlanacak belgeler

  • At application (uploaded in the online Application Portal): a valid ID card or passport, front and back — an invalid, incomplete or unreadable document results in exclusion from the admission procedure; the completed online application form; self-declared subjects and grades for the third-last and penultimate secondary school years; copies of the relevant school report cards if those years were completed abroad; official translation of the school report cards into Italian, German or English where needed; unibz's provided self-declaration form for up to 2 certified extracurricular experiences in the economic/IT field, each with a named contact person for verification; language certificates (mandatory for the 1st and 2nd language, recommended from B1 for the 3rd), uploaded under 'upload language certificates' — self-declaration if issued by an Italian public institution, scanned copy of the original if issued by a foreign public institution; the qualification diploma if already obtained abroad (otherwise uploaded at enrolment); for parity-of-treatment applicants, a copy of the valid permesso di soggiorno (plus renewal request if expired). At enrolment, holders of a foreign secondary school qualification must additionally upload: the secondary school diploma; an official translation into Italian (not needed for diplomas issued in German or English); and the recognition documents described under credential_recognition. There is no study-career Excel template for this bachelor programme. Mendacious declarations are criminally prosecuted and cause automatic exclusion from the ranking list.

  • 1) MAJOR CORRECTION TO THE RESEARCH BRIEF: the input record described this as a 'new programme — first intake 2026/27'. That is wrong. The programme has run since academic year 2019/20 (2019 Manifesto degli studi in IT/DE/EN) and produced its first graduates in July 2022, with published course offerings for 2025/26 and 2026/27 and published 2026/27 ranking lists. The dataset entry should be corrected. What changed recently is only the faculty/campus framing (Faculty of Computer Science absorbed into the Faculty of Engineering; NOI Techpark campus). 2) The input record also listed teaching_language as 'trilingual (IT/DE/EN)', which is correct in principle, but the practical mix is heavily English-weighted in the taught courses while the ADMISSION rule still demands B2 in two of the three languages — these two facts must be presented together or the programme will look more accessible than it is. 3) The per-course language split (13 EN / 4 DE / 2 IT / 2 mixed) is the 2026/27 course-offering snapshot from the programme's own course-offering page; unibz warns that page 'does not illustrate the structure of the study programme' and language assignments can change between years, so it is indicative rather than contractual. 4) The maximum total selection score of 11 points is a sum of the three published components (4 + 6 + 1); unibz does not print a total anywhere, and no minimum passing threshold is published at all. 5) No 2026/27 Manifesto degli studi PDF could be found for this programme; official_call_url therefore points to the 2026/27 admission-information PDF, which is the binding published call. 6) Turkey's classification under the Lisbon Convention (case b: ARDI Statement of Correspondence + CIMEA Statement of Verification) is inferred from the convention's signatory list rather than stated on the unibz page — confirm with apply@unibz.it before advising a candidate. 7) No programme-specific scholarship was found; only the general provincial and university-level instruments are documented. 8) Non-EU visa cost figures (EUR 186.46 residence permit, EUR 81/130 private insurance, EUR 700 SSN) come from the unibz Study Guide and are indicative amounts that change annually. 9) All dates in the sources are written in DD/MM/YYYY and have been normalised to ISO here; the 2026/27 admission-information PDF carries the note 'Subject to change. Latest update: 03.08.2026', and quotas and dates are re-issued every admission cycle. 10) Beware of cached ?v= query strings on the CoursesPDF URLs — search engines surface older academic-year versions (e.g. ?v=96 returning 2025/26 content) at the same base path; always fetch the base URL without a version parameter.

  • Call for applications link note: https://www.unibz.it/assets/CoursesPDF/bachelor-in-informatics-and-management-of-digital-business_admission-information_en_GB.pdf — this 2026/27 'Application and Admission' document (last update 03.08.2026) is the binding published call for this programme, together with the signed ranking lists at https://www.unibz.it/en/applicants/ranking-lists. No separate 2026/27 'Manifesto degli studi' PDF for this programme could be located on unibz.it; the only manifestos indexed under /assets/Documents/Study-Manifestos/ for this degree are the 2019/20 ones (Manifesto-28 Şubat 2019-Bachelor-Informatics-Management-Digital-Business-L31-it.pdf and Manifesto-22 Temmuz 2019-Bachelor-Informatics-and-Management-of-Digital-Business-L31-en.pdf), and the /en/applicants/study-manifestos path now 301-redirects to /en/applicants/studying-at-unibz. [uncertain]
  • Tuition and fees link note: https://guide.unibz.it/en/study-career/general-information/fees/ — Fees amount to approximately EUR 1,200 per year, paid in two instalments: the 1st instalment of EUR 600 (which includes the EUR 16 revenue stamp) secures the admitted place and is due by the session's payment deadline; the 2nd instalment of EUR 600 must be paid by March of the following year. Payment is made with a pagoPA payment slip after an e-mail invitation from the Student Office. Late payment of the 2nd instalment triggers a fine (EUR 30) and blocks the online account, preventing exam registration and transfers. From the second year as 'fuori corso' (beyond the normal programme length) a EUR 300 surcharge applies. No reimbursement if the student drops out, interrupts studies or is excluded. Full exemption: students with a disability recognised under article 3, paragraph 1 of Law No 104/1992 or a disability of 66% or more (certificate from the health authorities to be handed in at the start of the academic year), and foreign students holding an Italian government scholarship. Students receiving a scholarship from the Autonomous Province of Bozen-Bolzano are entitled to a refund of the tuition fees.
