TWO campuses are used by this single programme, which is unusual: the main Bozen-Bolzano city-centre campus (Universitätsplatz 1 - piazza Università 1, 39100 Bozen-Bolzano, Faculty of Economics and Management) AND NOI Techpark Bozen-Bolzano (Bruno-Buozzi-Straße 1 / via Bruno Buozzi 1). The brochure 'At a glance' box lists 'Campus: Bozen-Bolzano, NOI techpark Bozen-Bolzano', and the programme page states 'Classes take place at the Bozen-Bolzano campus and at NOI Techpark Bozen-Bolzano, one of the partners of this programme.' NOI Techpark is not merely a location here but a named programme partner. The first semester opens with an introductory session at the Bitz unibz fablab (https://bitzfablab.unibz.it), the university's maker space used for the prototyping component of the Growth Mindset course. Practical consequence for an incoming student: unlike the Master in Software Engineering (NOI Techpark only) or the economics bachelors (city centre only), a student on this programme should expect to move between the two sites during the week. Kabul Tipi
Restricted access (numero programmato) with a merit-based ranking list decided entirely on DOCUMENTS — there is no written entrance exam, no TOLC, no CENT-S, no SAT, no GMAT/GRE and no interview at any stage. Selection is a 100-point rubric with two components only: grade average (max 70 points) and a written START-UP PROJECT (max 30 points), plus a possible +2 for a bachelor awarded summa cum laude. A HARD FLOOR applies: a candidate scoring below 70 points in total is not merely ranked low but excluded from the ranking list entirely and must re-apply in a later session. Separate ranking lists are drawn for (a) EU citizens and citizens given parity of treatment and (b) non-EU citizens living abroad. English B2 is an eliminatory prerequisite that carries no points. Completeness is itself eliminatory: 'Only applications containing all requested documents will be evaluated. If one of the documents requested for criteria 1 and/or 2 is missing, you will not be considered for the ranking.' What makes this programme structurally different from every other unibz master is that a THIRD of the admission score is a creative deliverable rather than a measure of past academic performance — a strong start-up idea can lift a mediocre transcript over the line, and a strong transcript with a weak or missing project cannot pass.
Resmî Eğitim Dili
Fully English. This is a SINGLE-LANGUAGE programme, not one of unibz's trilingual degrees. The admission document states flatly 'The official teaching language is English' and the brochure 'At a glance' box says 'Courses will be taught in: English'. Every course in the published study plan (Growth Mindset with its Design Thinking and Prototyping and Algorithmic Thinking and Coding modules, Network Thinking and Agent-based Modeling, Economics for Management, Foundations of Entrepreneurship, Statistical Methods for Business Analysis, Entrepreneurial Finance and Venture Capital, Project Management, Social Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Family Business Management, Marketing B2B and Sales Management, Service Design, Research Coaching LAB, Startups Law and Industrial Law, Entrepreneurial Marketing, Market Research, People Management, Scaling-up, Digital Transformation, Management and Design, Project LAB - Startup, Project LAB - Corporate Innovation, Free Choice Courses and the Thesis) is delivered in English. There is NO Italian or German course in the curriculum, no Italian/German requirement at entry, none during the programme and none to graduate. unibz's own overview page confirms the pattern: 'Most of our master programmes are taught only in English, so a B2 level in English is needed.' The Study Guide's dedicated page for students of English-taught masters states that such a programme 'is entirely in English and does not include language requirements in other languages'. Italian and German courses remain available free of charge at the unibz Language Centre as an optional benefit, not an obligation. The start-up project submitted with the application may also be written in English ('You may write your document in English', NABC guidance document).

Three sessions for EU citizens and citizens given parity of treatment (unibz publishes DD/MM/YYYY; ISO normalised below). EARLY BIRD APPLICATION: 02/03 - 28/04/2026 by noon local time = 2 Mart 2026 to 28 Nisan 2026. LATE APPLICATION (EU only): 28/05 - 08/07/2026 by noon local time = 28 Mayıs 2026 to 8 Temmuz 2026. ADDITIONAL APPLICATION SESSION (EU only, opened by the Faculty in August/September if places remain): 18/08 - 04/09/2026 by noon local time = 18 Ağustos 2026 to 4 Eylül 2026. The Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation IS listed with the status '(Application possible)' on the Additional Application Session page for 2026/27, which is consistent with 48 of the 50 EU places having been allocated across the first two sessions. EU applicants may apply for more than one study programme, and 'If you are excluded in the first session, you might apply again in the second one' — a clause with real bite on this programme, since exclusion for scoring below 70 points is an explicit outcome and the two Early Bird casualties (69.35 and 67.09) were told they 'may re-apply in the second session'. All deadlines are 'by noon local time', i.e. a 12:00 CET cut-off, not end of day. AS OF THE VERIFICATION DATE (29 Ağustos 2026), the Additional Session is the only window still open and it closes on 4 Eylül 2026.

ONE window only for non-EU citizens living outside Italy: the EARLY BIRD APPLICATION, 02/03 - 28/04/2026 by noon local time = 2 Mart 2026 to 28 Nisan 2026. 'Only one application period is offered. After the deadline it is not possible to apply anymore. Application fee: € 50.' Non-EU applicants living abroad are NOT eligible for the Late Application or the Additional Application Session, are ranked on a separate list against a separate 10-place quota, and must additionally pre-enrol on the Universitaly portal (one programme only) to obtain the study visa. For this programme the single non-EU window is by far the most binding constraint in the whole record: it closed on 28 Nisan 2026, only 10 places existed, the lowest admitted score was 80.23 against an EU floor of 70.20, and 18 further ranked candidates sat on a waiting list. As of the verification date (29 Ağustos 2026) no further non-EU intake for 2026/27 exists.

Akademik geçmiş
One of two routes. ROUTE 1 — a bachelor degree in one of these Italian degree classes or an equivalent qualification gained abroad: under D. 270/04, L-18 Economics and Business Administration or L-33 Economics; under D. 509/99, class 17 Economics and Business Administration or class 28 Economic Sciences; or a final degree or university certificate from an Italian School of Economics under the regulation in force before M.D. 509/99. Footnote: 'Italian citizen who have obtained their degree abroad must also have a secondary school leaving qualification.' ROUTE 2 — a bachelor in ANY other degree class (or equivalent gained abroad) provided AT LEAST 12 CREDIT POINTS were acquired in one or more of five subject areas: Business Administration, Economics, Law, Statistics-Mathematics, Technology and Engineering. The admission document enumerates the exact eligible SSD sectors with both post-2024-reform codes and legacy equivalents. BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION: AGRI-01/A (ex AGR/01), ECON-06/A (ex SECS-P/07) Accounting, ECON-07/A (ex SECS-P/08) Strategic Management, ECON-09/A (ex SECS-P/09) Corporate Finance, ECON-08/A (ex SECS-P/10) Business Organisation, ECON-09/B (ex SECS-P/11), IEGE-01/A (ex ING-IND/35) Management Science. ECONOMICS: AGRI-01/A (ex AGR/01), ECON-01/A (ex SECS-P/01), ECON-02/A (ex SECS-P/02), ECON-03/A (ex SECS-P/03), STEC-01/A (ex SECS-P/04), ECON-05/A (ex SECS-P/05) Econometrics, ECON-04/A (ex SECS-P/06), STEC-01/B (ex SECS-P/12). MATHEMATICS AND STATISTICS: STAT-01/A (ex SECS-S/01), STAT-01/B (ex SECS-S/02), STAT-02/A (ex SECS-S/03), STAT-03/B (ex SECS-S/05), STAT-04/A (ex SECS-S/06), MATH-01/A (ex MAT/01), MATH-02/A (ex MAT/02), MATH-02/B (ex MAT/03), MATH-03/A (ex MAT/05), MATH-03/B (ex MAT/06), MATH-06/A (ex MAT/09), INFO-01/A (ex INF/01) Computer Science. TECHNOLOGICAL AND ENGINEERING: CEAR-08/D (ex ICAR/13) Industrial design, CEAR-10/A (ex ICAR/17) Drawing, IIND-02/A (ex ING-IND/13), IIND-03/A (ex ING-IND/14), IIND-03/B (ex ING-IND/15), IIND-04/A (ex ING-IND/16), IIND-05/A (ex ING-IND/17), IMAT-01/A (ex ING-IND/22), IEGE-01/A (ex ING-IND/35), IINF-05/A (ex ING-INF/05), INFO-01/A (ex INF/01). The breadth of Route 2 is the point: a computer-science, industrial-design, mechanical-engineering or law graduate can qualify on 12 ECTS alone, so this is one of the most discipline-open masters at unibz. TWO TRAPS, both stated explicitly: 'Courses included in the study plan of the Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation are not valid for the acquisition of the 12 ECTS required for the participation in the selection procedure as curricular requirements' (you cannot bootstrap the prerequisite from single-subject courses in this same master), and 'Courses that have been taken into consideration in order to achieve the above-mentioned 12 ECTS cannot be recognised for a possible career abbreviation' (spending credits on the entry gate forfeits them for credit recognition later). NOT-YET-GRADUATED THRESHOLD: at least 140 ECTS — notably HIGHER than the 120-ECTS standard used by most unibz masters, and a real filter on final-year applicants. At enrolment a foreign degree must be shown to carry at least 180 ECTS and to give access to a master programme. National rule: simultaneous enrolment in a maximum of 2 programmes, not in the same class (not LM-77/LM-77) and differing in at least 2/3 of course contents. The Faculty 'reserves the right to request a description of the contents of the single courses and/or teaching hours where necessary', so for foreign transcripts the content, not the title, decides.
Dil yeterliliği
Minimal and single-language: English at B2 (CEFR) to gain admission, and nothing else, ever. 'The official teaching language is English. Therefore, the following language requirements apply, otherwise you will be excluded from the admission procedure: Entry level (to gain admission) English: B2. The levels of the Common European Framework of Reference apply.' The requirement is ELIMINATORY — failure means exclusion from the admission procedure, not a lower rank — but it carries NO POINTS in the 100-point rubric, so there is no ranking advantage in holding a C1 or C2 certificate over a bare B2 (the only benefit of a higher level is safety margin against the lowest-sub-skill rule). No Italian, no German and no third language is required at admission, to sit examinations, or to graduate. Proof is uploaded in the application portal under 'upload language certificates' and/or registered under 'enrol for language exams' after creating an application under 'create/manage applications'. A final certificate awarded by an Italian public institution requires a self-declaration; one awarded by a foreign public institution requires an uploaded scanned copy of the original. Certificates that cannot be uploaded may be sent to the Language Centre by e-mail as PDF files or delivered in person, by the application deadline. Free Language Centre courses in German, Italian and other languages remain available to enrolled students as an option. Empirical severity check: neither published 2026/27 ranking list for this programme records any exclusion on language grounds — a striking contrast with unibz's trilingual bachelors, where language failures wipe out whole applicant groups.
Sınav / değerlendirme
NO entrance examination of any kind — no unibz aptitude test, no TOLC-I, no CENT-S, no SAT, no GMAT, no GRE, no mathematics test and no interview. Admission is decided purely on the uploaded dossier. The only examination-type events connected to admission are the unibz LANGUAGE CENTRE ENGLISH EXAMS, and only for applicants who choose that route to prove B2. This programme's admission document labels them 'Language exams (online)', so they are sat remotely: EARLY BIRD — 16/03/2026 (registration 02 - 09/03/2026) and 16 - 17 and 20 - 21/04/2026 (registration 24/03 - 08/04/2026); LATE — 22 - 26/06/2026 (registration 28/05 - 15/06/2026). CRITICAL GAP: NO unibz language exam session is offered for the Additional Application Session (18/08 - 04/09/2026), so an applicant entering in that window must already hold an external recognised certificate (LanguageCert, IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, etc.) or qualify through an English-medium high school or degree. Registration is done inside the application portal under 'enrol for language exams' after an application has been created; if you start your application outside a registration period you must return to the portal during one of the listed periods. Separately, optional non-selective pre-courses run 21/09 - 09/10/2026 and intensive language courses 01 - 18/09/2026 for enrolled students; neither is an admission test.
3. Hazırlanacak belgeler
AT APPLICATION (online via the Application Portal, https://aws.unibz.it/exup/): a valid ID card or passport, front and back — 'if your document is invalid, incomplete or unreadable, you will be excluded from the admission procedure'; the completed online form; and then the two exclusion-bearing dossiers. DOSSIER 1 — STUDY TITLE AND EXCEL FILE. If you graduated in Italy: the diploma supplement or a self-declaration under Italian D.P.R. no. 445/2000 indicating the degree awarded and the exams passed. If you graduated abroad: the diploma supplement or final degree certificate with exams passed (the document must be written in Italian, German or English) AND a scale of grades awarded by the university of provenance, indicating the minimum final grade needed to obtain the qualification and the maximum final grade achievable, TOGETHER WITH the filled-in Excel file available in the application portal. In either case the document 'must contain the following information: final grade, exams passed with grade and date of passing, credit points, scientific fields (the latter only for Italian qualifications)'. If not yet graduated: declare at least 140 ECTS using the portal's Excel file, and if graduating abroad also upload the transcript of records in Italian, German or English plus the grading scale. 'The Faculty reserves the right to request a description of the contents of the single courses and/or teaching hours where necessary.' DOSSIER 2 — THE START-UP PROJECT (see portfolio_and_materials). Plus: English language proof under 'upload language certificates' and/or registration under 'enrol for language exams'; the diploma of a qualification already gained abroad (if not yet held, it is uploaded at enrolment); and for non-EU citizens resident in Italy claiming parity of treatment, a copy of the valid permit to stay plus a renewal request if expired. THE COMPLETENESS RULE IS ABSOLUTE: 'Only applications containing all requested documents will be evaluated. If one of the documents requested for criteria 1 and/or 2 is missing, you will not be considered for the ranking.' Once submitted the application cannot be modified, and 'Filled-in forms which have not been sent correctly will not be taken into consideration.' 'Mendacious declarations will be criminally prosecuted and will result in the automatic exclusion from the ranking list.' The Admission Committee evaluates only documents uploaded by the application deadline. AT ENROLMENT, holders of a foreign university degree must upload: the bachelor degree diploma; an official translation of the degree into Italian (not necessary if issued in German or English); and the Diploma Supplement indicating both that at least 180 ECTS were achieved and that the qualification gives access to a master programme — plus the ARDI and/or CIMEA statements set out under credential_recognition. Non-EU students must hand in a copy of the residence permit to the Student Office, in person or by e-mail, once obtained.
Data year: all figures are for academic year 2026/27; the admission-information PDF carries 'Latest update: 24.08.2026' and the express caveat 'Subject to change.' Verified 29 Ağustos 2026. TIMING STATUS AT VERIFICATION: the Early Bird and Late sessions have CLOSED and both ranking lists are published; only the Additional Application Session (18/08 - 04/09/2026, EU citizens only) is still open, and this programme is listed as accepting applications in it — it closes in six days. The non-EU window for 2026/27 closed on 28 Nisan 2026 and cannot be reopened. (1) STALE COVER YEAR ON BOTH PROGRAMME PDFs: the admission-information PDF and the brochure are both headed '2025/26' while every date inside them belongs to a.y. 2026/27 (application March-April 2026, ranking lists May-September 2026, classes 28/09/2026, exam sessions into 2027) and the footer is stamped 24.08.2026. Cross-checked against the sibling Economics-faculty documents for Data Analytics, Accounting and Finance and Public Policy, all of which correctly read '2026/27' — so this is a labelling error on these two files, not an older edition. Anyone quoting the cover year will misdate the whole record. (2) THE GRADE-TO-POINTS CONVERSION IS NOT PUBLISHED. The rubric says the grade average, expressed in thirtieths, is worth up to 70 points, but no formula or table is given for converting, say, 27/30 into a number of points. The published scores run continuously to two decimals (70.20, 79.88, 91.50), which implies a proportional mapping rather than bands, but a candidate cannot compute their own likely score in advance. This is the single biggest gap in the otherwise very explicit rubric. (3) NOR IS THE START-UP PROJECT RUBRIC WEIGHTED. Four evaluation criteria are named (originality, coherence, impact, development) but no per-criterion point allocation within the 30 points is published, and no scoring band descriptors exist. Combined with (2), it is impossible to reverse-engineer an admitted candidate's grade/project split from a published total. (4) NEITHER RANKING LIST CARRIES AN EXPLICIT SIGNATURE DATE — both read 'Bozen-Bolzano, date of the signature' with a digital-signature block, so only the scheduled publication dates (by 27/05/2026 and by 30/07/2026) can be cited. This differs from other unibz faculties, whose lists print the signing date. (5) COPY-PASTE ERROR IN BOTH RANKING LISTS: the simultaneous-enrolment paragraph in both PDFs reads 'the two programmes must not belong to the same class, e.g., LM-18/LM-18' — LM-18 is the computer-science class and belongs to the Engineering templates. The admission-information PDF correctly uses LM-77/LM-77. The rule is the same either way; only the example is wrong. (6) THE 30-POINT PROJECT IS NOT OPTIONAL, despite being framed as a bonus in some secondary summaries: the official text makes it criterion 2 of two, and omitting it causes exclusion from the ranking, not merely a 30-point loss. This record treats it accordingly. (7) SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNTS are not confirmed for 2026/27 — the €1,680-€6,960 range and any merit-average threshold come from secondary summaries, not from any page verified for this programme; the provincial call sets amounts annually. (8) No separate call/manifesto or Rector's decree was found in English for 2026/27; the most recent published Study Manifestos for this LM-77 programme are from 2015, 2016 and 2019 and are curricularly out of date, and the 'current admission regulation' cited in Art. 26 was not located in English. (9) ADDITIONAL SESSION QUOTA: the additional-session page confirms the programme is open but does not publish the number of remaining places; residual EU capacity is inferable as roughly 2 (50 EU places minus 48 admitted) plus any admitted candidates who failed to secure or enrol, but is not officially stated and could be materially larger if drop-off was high. (10) THE 30 EARLY BIRD EU ADMISSIONS AGAINST 40 PLACES do not necessarily mean only 30 qualified applicants: the list records only two named exclusions for scoring below 70 and refers generically to 'Applicants not included in the ranking list ... because they did not meet the admission requirements', whose number is not published. The same applies to the non-EU list. So the ratios reported here (2.8 ranked non-EU candidates per place) are floors, not true application-to-place ratios — the total number of applications received is nowhere disclosed. (11) TURKISH-APPLICANT RELEVANCE: Türkiye is a Lisbon Convention signatory, so case (b) recognition applies (ARDI Statement of Correspondence + CIMEA Statement of Verification); this classification is inferred from the convention's membership, not stated by unibz for this programme. (12) STREAM NAMING IS INCONSISTENT ACROSS OFFICIAL SOURCES: the brochure and programme page call the second stream 'Innovation and Management', while the downloadable study-plan diagram labels it 'INNOVATION MANAGEMENT'. There is also a course named 'Innovation Management' inside the plan, which is a different thing from the stream. (13) THE NABC GUIDANCE DECK IS DATED 'Open Day 2022' and is signed by Prof. Alessandro Narduzzo as Director of the programme, whereas the current Degree Course Director is Prof. Christoph Stöckmann. The document is still the officially linked guidance and its FAQ answers are still the only published statement on length and format, but a cautious applicant should treat the '4 pages' figure as guidance rather than a rule and may wish to confirm with the Faculty Secretariat. (14) EXIT LANGUAGE LEVEL: the finding that there is NO graduation language requirement rests on two mutually supporting sources — the admission PDF's Language requirements section lists only an entry level, in structural contrast to the trilingual programmes' documents which carry an explicit exit subsection, and the Study Guide's page for English-taught masters describes such programmes as not including language requirements in other languages. It is a well-supported conclusion rather than a directly quoted 'there is no exit requirement' statement for this specific degree. (15) The admission PDF ends its language section with the boilerplate line 'For information on studying in three languages also visit the following page', which is a template artefact and does not make this a trilingual programme.

Call for applications link note: No separate call for applications / manifesto degli studi / bando is published in English for the 2026/27 intake. The role of the official call is played by the programme's admission-information document (https://www.unibz.it/assets/CoursesPDF/master-in-entrepreneurship-and-innovation_admission-information_en_GB.pdf) together with the two signed ranking-list decrees, which restate the admission criteria in full, carry the Admission Committee signatures and the 60-day appeal notice to the Bozen-Bolzano Administrative Court. Admission Committee 2026/27: President Prof. Dr. Christoph Stöckmann; members Prof. Dr. Thomas Maran and Prof. Alessandro Narduzzo (Early Bird session), Prof. Dr. Thomas Maran and Prof. Florian Kiesel (Late session). The admission procedure cites an underlying university regulation — 'Art. 26, Paragraph 2), letter b) of the current admission regulation' — which is not linked from the English programme page. Historical Study Manifestos for this LM-77 programme do exist and are still online but are years out of date: https://guide.unibz.it/assets/study-career/economics-management/study-plan/entrepreneurship/Manifest2015_WWS-LM-77-Unt-e-Inn_e.pdf (2015), .../Manifest2016_WWS-LM-77-Unt-e-Inn_e.pdf (2016) and https://www.unibz.it/assets/Documents/Study-Manifestos/2019/Manifesto-23 Mart 2019-Master-Entrepreneurship-Innovation-LM77-en.pdf (2019). [uncertain] — a Rector's decree formally opening the 2026/27 admission procedure, and the current text of the admission regulation cited in Art. 26, may exist in the Italian-language albo/registry but were not located in English.
Tuition and fees link note: Total tuition fees are €1,200 per year in two instalments: '1st instalment (€ 600): includes the revenue stamp of € 16. 2nd instalment (€ 600): must be paid by March of the following year.' The first instalment is the payment that secures an admitted place (deadlines 05/06, 06/08 or 25/09/2026 by noon depending on session); for continuing students the university fees page gives 1st instalment €600 by 13 October 2026 and 2nd instalment €600 by 31 March 2027. Over the two-year programme that is roughly €2,400. Delayed payment of the second instalment incurs a fine (€30) and automatically blocks the online account, meaning no access to mySNS, no exam registration and no transfer to another university or programme. No refund if you drop out, interrupt your studies or are excluded. FUORI CORSO: exceeding the normal length of the programme changes the status to 'fuori corso'; from the second year after the normal length the 1st instalment rises to €900, and from the second fuori corso year a €300 surcharge applies. EXEMPTIONS: students with a disability recognised under article 3, paragraph 1 of Law no. 104/1992 or with a disability of 66% or more (health-authority certificate to be handed in by the first-instalment deadline — only the €16 revenue stamp is then payable), and foreign students granted a scholarship from the Italian government (total exemption on request, €16 stamp only). Students awarded a scholarship by the Autonomous Province of Bozen-Bolzano are entitled to a refund of the tuition fees paid for the academic year, typically reimbursed by unibz between March and April; late-payment fines are not reimbursed. Payment is made with the pagoPA payment slip. General fees page: https://guide.unibz.it/en/study-career/general-information/fees/
