- Applicants need a first-cycle degree or a suitable equivalent foreign qualification. The programme is open to graduates in the Italian degree classes L-2 or L-29. Graduates from other degree areas may apply if they hold at least 9 ECTS in CHIM/01, CHIM/03 or CHIM/06, at least 5 ECTS in BIO/09, at least 12 ECTS in BIO/10, BIO/11 or BIO/13, and at least 6 ECTS in BIO/14. Applicants with a foreign qualification must demonstrate equivalent background knowledge in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology, toxicology and physiology; the Teaching Board's committee checks these requirements. The manifesto states that 180 credits are required for admission. Applicants who have not yet graduated may apply if they expect to graduate, and meet the entry requirements, by 31 October 2026.
