The programme's own page ('Cohort timelines 2026-2027') states that the application window opened on 17 February 2026 and that applications could be submitted until 16 March 2026; a review of the application file is followed by an interview with the teaching team, and enrolment under conditional admission is possible. Entry into the second year (M2) is applied for on Université Côte d'Azur's eCandidat platform. The 2027/28 window has not been published yet (checked 28 September 2026).

Prior degree: Université Côte d'Azur admits holders of a bachelor's degree (licence, L3 level) in economics or management, or of another L3-level degree after review by its Pedagogical Commission; Apply@UniTo gives the entry qualification as a first-cycle diploma (bachelor's). UniTo's catalogue requires a three-year Italian degree (laurea triennale) or a foreign qualification recognised as suitable, plus 18 CFU (ECTS credits) in economics and 6 in statistics. The requirements can be checked before graduation: a candidate who lacks them is invited to add courses in the missing subject areas to the bachelor's study plan or, after graduating, to take single courses. Selection criteria: knowledge of general economics, mathematics, quantitative techniques and English (CEFR C1, test or certificate required); consistency between previous studies and the Master; consistency between the Master and the professional project (Université Côte d'Azur's list also includes 'Redoublement', i.e. repeating a year). Expected at the start of the first year: social skills and a professional attitude, effective oral expression, strong writing skills, analysis and synthesis, critical thinking, a high certified level of English, intellectual curiosity, basic business-management knowledge, an advanced level in quantitative techniques, the fundamentals of innovation economics and a strong interest in sustainable development. Places: 7 (Université Côte d'Azur). No minimum grade is published.

ITALIAN - no Italian language requirement is stated (the Turin year is taught in English); UNITO offers an optional 'Learning Italian' service. FRENCH - no French requirement is stated on any EISD-specific page. Two conflicts must be flagged: (a) the Apply@UniTo record 704 states a LOWER bar - 'Applicants must hold an international certification certifying at least a CEFR B2 level of English language proficiency' - while both the UNITO microsite and Universite Cote d'Azur require C1; assume C1 is binding, since the actual selection is run by the French side.
