This is the ONLY 2026/27 window open to non-EU citizens residing abroad / visa applicants: apply.unito.it lists exactly two 2026/27 intakes for course 336, and the later one (25 August - 8 September 2026) is expressly 'reserved to European applicants and non-EU applicants legally residing in Italy'. For reference, the equivalent 2025/26 window closed on 30 January 2025 (intake id 41, opened 26 November 2024). ADDITIONAL VISA STEP: 'Non-EU students residing abroad (visa applicants) must submit their pre-enrolment application on Universitaly by 15 July 2026', indicating one degree programme only and the Italian Embassy/Consulate where the visa will be requested.
