• A three-year bachelor's degree, or another qualification obtained in Italy or abroad and recognised as suitable under current legislation, plus specific academic and personal requirements.
• Minimum eligibility threshold: applicants are eligible if the weighted average mark of their first-cycle degree is 22/30 or higher (weighted on all credits with marks out of 30 acquired and valid for the award of the first-level degree).

• CEFR level B2 in English (or equivalent) is required for admission, covering both written and spoken command. The official call states: "As this is an international programme taught in English, proof of B2 level or equivalent proficiency in English is required for admission. If this certification is not held at the time of enrolment, it may be obtained during the first year, including through courses offered by the Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering." B2 proficiency must be attested by a specific certificate or through an assessment carried out per the programme's academic regulations.
• Programme-specific accepted scores per the Sapienza A.Y. 2026/2027 MoveIn admission-requirements document: IELTS 5.5 or higher; TOEFL iBT 80 or higher; Cambridge English B2 First or higher; Trinity College London Integrated Skills in English (ISE) II or higher.
• Sapienza's general English language requirements document additionally accepts: FCE (First Certificate in English), IELTS Academic (incl. Home-Based Test), valid TOEFL iBT (incl. Home Edition), CAE, CPE, PTE General Level 3 (B2 CEFR) or higher, and PTE Academic.

Sınav / değerlendirme

• No written admission test, no TOLC and no SAT. Admission is by verification of curricular requirements plus an assessment of personal knowledge.
• The eligibility check is booked by paying a €10.00 fee on Infostud using code 33484 (PagoPA direct online payment); the result is emailed to the applicant's institutional or Infostud-registered address. Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may acquire the missing credits by passing single examinations, per the "Single Examinations" section of the Regulations for Attendance at Bachelor's and Master's Degree Programmes.
• Assessment of personal knowledge: applicants are eligible with a first-cycle weighted average of 22/30 or higher; adequacy of academic background is assessed against that threshold according to the criteria and procedures in the programme's academic regulations. This assessment is available only to those who meet the academic requirements.

• • For the eligibility check (all applicants): payment receipt for the €10.00 Infostud fee (code 33484); an identity document uploaded to Infostud under "Profile > Personal Documents".
  • Applicants from other Italian universities additionally: a self-declaration of exams taken with the corresponding scientific-disciplinary sectors (SSD) and the relevant syllabuses, using the form "Dichiarazione laurea ed esami per verifica dei requisiti" available at https://www.uniroma1.it/en/pagina/student-forms, submitted either from the Infostud-registered email address to the Student Affairs Office, or from a certified email address to protocollosapienza@cert.uniroma1.it.
  • Applicants holding a foreign qualification (International Student Office, point 4 — mandatory documents for enrolment on master's degree courses): valid passport (or ID card for EU citizens only); "University Enrolment" study visa issued by the Italian Diplomatic Mission (non-EU citizens residing abroad, and Marco Polo students); residence permit — receipts of the residence permit request for non-EU citizens arriving on a 2026/2027 student visa (to be requested within 8 days of arrival), or a valid residence permit card for non-EU citizens already living in Italy; the official foreign first-cycle degree (EQF level 6) giving access to second-cycle programmes in the issuing country, uploaded together with an official sworn translation into Italian or English (no Italian sworn translation is required if the qualification was originally issued in English); transcript of records with sworn translation; and, depending on country of issue — for ARDI-listed countries, an ARDI Statement of Correspondence plus a CIMEA Statement of Verification (or legalisation/Apostille on originals and translations); for countries not in ARDI, a CIMEA Statement of Comparability plus Statement of Verification, or alternatively a Declaration of Value issued by the competent Italian Diplomatic Mission with legalisation/Apostille, or a legalised/Apostilled Diploma Supplement containing all information needed for evaluation. A pre-acceptance letter is required where mandatory (non-EU visa applicants). The high school diploma (original plus sworn translation, legalised/Apostilled) may be requested for further assessment.
