Non Eu Visa Track: Non-EU citizens residing abroad who need a study visa (and Chinese Marco Polo students) must also hold a mandatory letter of pre-acceptance from Sapienza's MoveIN online pre-selection and pre-enrol on Universitaly; for EU citizens and non-EU citizens legally residing in Italy the pre-selection is optional. International Double Degree: The catalogue records an international study path with a double degree, Italian-Albanian or Italian-Nicaraguan; the study plan marks the 'EU's Law and Economics' curriculum as valid also for the Italian-Nicaraguan double degree and 'Comparative and European Law' for the Italian-Albanian one. - All dates and requirements shown are for A.Y. 2026/27; the A.Y. 2027/28 call for applications and pre-selection dates are not published yet.
- The 2026/27 MoveIN pre-selection has closed (15 May 2026 for non-EU applicants who need a study visa, 31 July 2026 for EU applicants), and the 15 September 2026 eligibility-check date, the only one open to visa applicants, has passed. The dates of 15 October, 17 November and 17 December 2026 are for applicants who do not need a visa, and 14 January 2027 is only for Sapienza graduates or graduating students.
- The session numbers shown next to the eligibility-check dates are not taken from the call, which lists the dates without numbers; the programme's application page numbers its interview sessions differently and calls the 31 August 2026 session the third.
- The programme's application page announced further interview sessions in September and October 2026 without giving exact dates; after paying the eligibility-check fee, applicants receive the interview invitation by email.
- The MoveIN minimum GPA of 80/100 comes from the institution-wide 'Admission requirements 2026/2027' PDF (updated 8 June 2026) and is explicitly applicable to international MoveIN pre-selection applicants; the programme's own call for applications sets no numeric GPA threshold for the domestic/EU eligibility-check route.
- The programme catalogue currently displays the banner 'I contenuti del catalogo per l'a.a. 2026-2027 sono in corso di aggiornamento' (2026-2027 catalogue contents are being updated), while the A.Y. 2026-2027 call for applications and the 2026/2027 study plan are already published.
- An older Sapienza catalogue id (31302) also carries the name 'European studies' for earlier academic years; the current active code for A.Y. 2026-2027 is 33468, which is the one used in the call for applications and on Infostud.
