Applicants with a non-Italian qualification who do not need a visa (EU citizens and non-EU citizens residing in Italy): 1st call 19 December 2025 - 13 February 2026, 2:00 p.m. Italian time (results 15 April 2026); 2nd call 18 March 2026 - 20 April 2026, 2:00 p.m. Italian time (deadlines extended by decree DR 96/2026, the 2nd call postponed to 20 April for technical problems; results 22 June 2026); online enrolment for the first semester 31 July - 5 October 2026. The 3rd call (3 - 17 November 2026, reserved for EU applicants and non-EU applicants residing in Italy) is open only to Engineering programmes, Systemic Design, Urban and Regional Planning and Digital Skills for Sustainable Societal Transitions, so there is no later round for this programme in 2026/27. Applicants with an Italian qualification (Architecture Area): Apply@polito applications 4 June 2026 - 21 August 2026 (deadline updated on 19/08/2026), portfolio-evaluation results 8 September 2026 (updated on 01/09/2026), enrolment deadline 30 September 2026.   • General Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree (EQF level 6) or another equivalent qualification that gives access to second-cycle studies.

  • English Pathway: For the English-language pathway, English level B2 or higher is required. The 2026/2027 Course-Specific Requirements table gives IELTS 5.5 as the minimum reference score for Architecture for Sustainability.
  • Italian Pathway: For the Italian/partially Italian route, the course-specific table lists Italian B2 plus IELTS 5.5.

No entrance test (none). A.Y. 2026/27. Selection is by evaluation of curricular requirements, academic record, portfolio and language requirements. Applicants with a non-Italian qualification: evaluation by an Academic Committee; syllabus/course descriptions and a portfolio are both required (portfolio guidelines for the three Architecture MSc programmes: at least two architectural projects from design studios/ateliers, the outcome of at least one course and one other experience such as a workshop or internship, prepared individually in Italian or English). Applicants with an Italian Bachelor's degree from a university other than Politecnico di Torino: weighted average grade of at least 24/30 (calculated after subtracting the worst 28 credits) plus a portfolio (max. 20 MB) uploaded to Apply@polito; score out of 60 points (weighted average max 20, portfolio max 40), positive evaluation at 36 points or more; portfolio-evaluation results published in Apply@polito on 8 September 2026 (updated on 01/09/2026). Language: English B2 (IELTS 5.5 or an accepted equivalent).
