International applicants are defined as candidates who hold a non-Italian high-school diploma or are about to complete a non-Italian high-school diploma. Standard secondary-school qualification (high school diploma + transcripts for the last two years) required; for candidates in their final year, current-year transcripts must show courses in progress. Special-qualification routes accepted: IB Diploma, A-levels, AP exams, or American High School Diploma. Admission is competitive: candidates rank against each other on the entrance exam (minimum 20/65 to be eligible). Total of 60 seats for 2026/27 (50 EU + 10 Non-EU). Following admission, candidates pay a €4,000 pre-enrolment fee within two weeks to secure their place; final enrolment by 4 September 2026. Applicants must demonstrate B2 English proficiency by submitting a recognised English certificate (Cambridge English: First / Advanced / Proficiency; IELTS Academic minimum 6.0; TOEFL iBT minimum 84; PTE Academic minimum 46; Oxford Test of English Advanced B2; Trinity ISE II/III/IV; Cambridge IGCSE First Language English grade D or Second Language grade C; Cambridge Business English Vantage/Higher). Certificate must be dated 1 January 2024 or later (Cattolica's 2-year validity window for 2026/2027 entry). Exemption: candidates who completed secondary education entirely in English (in any of the 21 listed English-speaking countries including UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, etc.) or who completed the full IB Diploma Programme with most courses taught in English. Conditional exemption may apply for students from 18 specified African nations based on final exam results and graduation year. Note on clinical training: students whose native language is Italian MUST attend German language courses; students whose native language is German MUST attend Italian language courses — language instruction runs through Years 1-4 of the curriculum with ECTS credits. Sınav / Test

Cattolica internal entrance exam (NOT the national IMAT). Administered online via Proctor Exam from home on 20 May 2026. Format: 65 multiple-choice questions in a maximum of 65 minutes (plus 7 minutes reserve), distributed as 2 general knowledge, 20 logical reasoning, 18 biology, 12 chemistry, 4 physics, 4 mathematics, 5 ethical-religious culture. Scoring: +1 per correct answer, -0.25 per wrong answer, 0 for blanks. Minimum score for admission: 20 out of 65. Total seats for 2026/27: 60 (50 EU + 10 Non-EU citizens living abroad).
