Bachelor's degree (or equivalent, 180 ECTS) in education, social sciences, psychology, law, public policy, or related disciplines. Strong academic record and demonstrated motivation for inclusive and intercultural education are expected. Candidates without a directly related bachelor may justify eligibility through significant volunteering or professional engagement in inclusion-related fields. Erasmus Mundus Joint Master delivered by a consortium of three partners: Université de Lorraine (Metz, France — coordinator), Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milano, Italy), and Université de Neuchâtel (Switzerland). All admitted students follow the consortium mobility track: Semester 1 at Université de Lorraine, Semester 2 at Università Cattolica (Milano), Semester 3 specialisation at either Lorraine or Neuchâtel, Semester 4 (thesis + internship) at the remaining partner to satisfy the minimum 3-mobility EMJM rule. Final mobility plan is fixed at enrolment in the Personal Career Development Plan.
