Rolling vs window: window-based - five intakes, each with its own online application period and Teams interview period; candidates cannot re-apply for the same academic year and acceptance cannot be deferred to a later year.
Tuition fee band (ISEE / flat), A.Y. 2026/27: annual all-inclusive contribution between EUR 0 and EUR 4,250 (contribution class 4, ordinary rate that applies to first-year students), based on the family income declared in the ISEE-Università or, for income earned abroad, the Equivalent ISEE (ISEE parificato); students with an ISEE-Università up to EUR 26,000 pay no contribution. The EUR 156 regional tax and stamp duty is due in any case. International students whose family income is abroad and for whom the ISEE cannot be calculated pay a fixed annual all-inclusive contribution of EUR 2,500 (plus the EUR 156), even with a Lazio DiSCo scholarship, unless they obtain an Equivalent ISEE-Università from a CAF by 15 December 2026.
Non-EU applicants requiring a study visa must complete their Delphi application by 28 May 2026 (end of Round 3). Rounds 4 and 5 explicitly exclude non-EU visa applicants. All admitted students must be at Tor Vergata for the start of the programme on 31 August 2026.

A.Y. 2026/27. (a) A three-year first-cycle degree in one of these Italian classes: L-7 Civil and Environmental Engineering, L-8 Information Engineering, L-9 Industrial Engineering, L-16 Administration and Organisation Sciences, L-18 Economics and Business Management, L-30 Physics, L-31 Computer Science, L-33 Economics, L-35 Mathematics, L-36 Political Science and International Relations, or L-41 Statistics. A foreign qualification must be a first-cycle (Bologna Process) / EQF level 6 degree from a higher-education institution that allows access to second-cycle studies, with at least 15 years of education in total; a special Evaluation Commission of the programme checks its correspondence with the listed classes. Missing requirements must be made up before the enrolment deadline. Candidates may apply before graduating if at most 18 ECTS credits are missing (the CV must state the graduation date and the exams still to be passed), but may enrol only after earning the degree. (b) Adequate personal preparation: only candidates with a final exam average (final GPA) or degree mark of at least 88/110, or 80% of the maximum mark for qualifications obtained abroad, are admitted to the interview, which checks adequate knowledge of the general principles of economics and a good mathematical-statistical preparation (undergraduate-level mathematics, economics and statistics).
English at CEFR B2 (A.Y. 2026/27), certified by one of: IELTS General Training or Academic (minimum 6.5 in the official Italian call; the English call page prints 'minimum 5'), Cambridge First Certificate (FCE), Cambridge Business English Certificate (BEC) Vantage, TOEFL iBT 87 / PBT 513 / CBT 183, or Trinity College London ISE II; a B2 English exam passed during the three-year degree may be considered suitable. Native speakers are exempt. Candidates without a certificate can still apply by uploading a self-declaration: the committee evaluates their CV and transcript and, if positive, checks English in the online interview. No Italian language requirement is stated.
Online interview (A.Y. 2026/27), no written entrance test: after the Delphi application passes the check of curricular requirements, only candidates with a final GPA or degree mark of at least 88/110 (80% of the maximum for foreign qualifications) are admitted to the interview. It is held in English on Microsoft Teams, lasts about 30 minutes and assesses mathematics, statistics and English (adequate knowledge of economics principles and good mathematical-statistical preparation); preparation material 'Requirements MSc Finance and Banking' is linked in the call. For visa applicants, the English call page gives 28 May 2026 as the last application date and 6 November 2026 as the enrolment deadline; the official Italian call ends the third intake, the last one open to visa applicants, on 29 May 2026 and sets enrolment from 15 July to 30 November 2026.
The official Italian call also asks international students with a foreign qualification and study-visa applicants to complete enrolment in person at the International Students Office by 18 December 2026.
Official pages disagree on who may apply in the fourth and fifth intakes (June and July 2026): the official Italian call reserves them to EU and non-EU applicants resident in Italy who hold a degree from an Italian institution, and to transfer students, while the English call page lists them as open to EU citizens and non-EU citizens legally resident in Italy.
The English call page gives an IELTS minimum of 5, while the official Italian call requires 6.5.
The language of the CV is not clearly stated: the English call page's line on the CV breaks off after 'Curriculum Vitae in', and the official Italian call asks only for a CV.
The call page calls the interview a 'Skype Interview' in its introduction and application steps, while its detailed interview section says Microsoft Teams.
The programme's pre-enrolment page still shows the A.Y. 2025/26 procedure with a 31 July 2025 deadline; the 2026/27 call gives 31 July 2026 for the Universitaly pre-enrolment.
The fixed contribution of EUR 2,500 for international students whose ISEE cannot be calculated is set in the university's Student Handbook 2026/2027; the programme's fee page shows only the range EUR 0 - 4,250.
