The programme chair assesses applications continuously until 30 November 2026 and holds the online interviews from 12 January to 15 December 2026; eligible candidates are then invited via Delphi to enrol. Enrolment for A.Y. 2026/27 (School of Engineering notice): 15 July - 28 November 2026, or until 31 March 2027 with a late-payment fee; holders of a foreign qualification complete enrolment in person at the International Students Office (by 28 November 2026 according to the same notice). Alternative Italian-language School of Engineering procedure: Delphi registration and the online assessment test from 7 April 2026 until the enrolment deadline (by 31 March 2027 with the late fee).
Rolling vs window: procedures A and B have one long window with continuous assessment; procedure C (visa applicants) has two fixed windows.
Tuition fee band (ISEE / flat), A.Y. 2026/27: contribution class 2 - the ordinary rate for first-year students goes from EUR 0 to EUR 3,100 a year depending on the ISEE-Università (no contribution with an ISEE up to EUR 26,000; the maximum applies above EUR 90,000 or without an ISEE), plus EUR 156 regional tax and stamp duty due in any case. International students whose family income is abroad and for whom the ISEE cannot be calculated pay a fixed all-inclusive contribution of EUR 1,000 a year (EUR 500 for citizens of the developing countries listed by the Ministry), plus the EUR 156, unless they obtain an Equivalent ISEE-Università (ISEE parificato) from a CAF by 15 December 2026.
Procedure C (visa required): two windows for A.Y. 2026/2027 — Window 1: 12 January 2026 – 30 January 2026; Window 2: 30 March 2026 – 17 April 2026. Candidates in Procedure C may apply to only one window.
Non-EU pre-enrolment portal (Universitaly): Procedure C applicants must complete Universitaly pre-enrolment (https://www.universitaly.it) and submit it to the Italian Embassy/Consulate per MUR deadlines, in parallel with the Tor Vergata Delphi application.
DoV / CIMEA statement required: Required at enrolment for applicants with a foreign secondary-school diploma: Declaration of Value (Italian consulate) or CIMEA Statement of Comparability/Verification.
Secondary-school diploma or equivalent (at least 12 years of schooling) giving access to higher education in the country of origin. Familiarity with basic algebra, linear and exponential/logarithmic functions, trigonometry and second-order equations/inequalities is expected.
English at CEFR B2 (Upper Intermediate) minimum - A.Y. 2026/27. Only certificates from these bodies are accepted: Cambridge English Language Assessment, IELTS, Trinity College London, ETS (TOEIC, TOEFL iBT), Pearson EDEXCEL/EDI, English Speaking Board (ESB), Anglia Ascentis, Aim Awards (General English / Business English), LCCI (London Chamber of Commerce and Industry), British Institutes and the National Qualifications Authority of Ireland - Accreditation and Coordination of English (ACELS); the certificate must be dated January 2022 or later. Lower levels, older certificates and certificates from other bodies are not considered. The call sets the B2 level only - it publishes no minimum test scores. Exemptions (no certificate needed): native English speakers upload a statement declaring their nationality, citizenship and country of residence; candidates whose schooling was in English upload a statement from their school principal giving the language of instruction and the number of years taught in English. English is also assessed in the aptitude test and interview. No Italian is required at any stage of the degree.
No national or CISIA admission test is required for the English-taught route (A.Y. 2026/27); the assessment is run by the programme. Procedures A and B (no visa): after the application-file check, an online interview of 10-15 minutes on school background, motivation and interest in the course, on a date set by the programme chair between 12 January and 15 December 2026. Procedure C (visa applicants): an online aptitude written test, held from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Italian time on dates assigned by the chair (first window 9-14 February 2026, second window 27 April - 2 May 2026; a mock exam is available in the Delphi account; missing the assigned date cancels the application), then, for eligible candidates, an oral interview between 23 February and 23 March 2026 (first window) or 11 May and 15 June 2026 (second window). Candidates are expected to know basic algebra, linear equations and inequalities, exponential and logarithmic functions, trigonometric functions, second-order equations and inequalities, irrational inequalities, statistics and probability. No minimum score is published: the chair declares candidates eligible or ineligible. The programme FAQ describes the aptitude test (25 minutes) and the interview (20 minutes) as checking motivation, English and mathematics. Alternative Italian-language School of Engineering procedure: a compulsory online assessment test (50 questions: 15 mathematics, 15 physics, 10 logic, 10 verbal comprehension; 100 minutes; +1 / 0 / -0.25 points) that does not prevent enrolment; with less than 22 points the student must complete additional learning requirements (OFA: mathematics refresher course, self-assessment test and guidance interview) before taking exams; exempt: a TOLC-I or English TOLC-I score of at least 22 (taken 1 January 2026 - 31 March 2027) or an Italian school-leaving mark of at least 90/100.
Procedure A/B/C — submit on Delphi: (1) Personal and School Profile using the required form

The School of Engineering's 2026/27 notice sets enrolment from 15 July to 28 November 2026 (until 31 March 2027 with a late fee), while the English-taught route accepts procedure A and B applications until 30 November 2026 and holds interviews until 15 December 2026; how candidates admitted after 28 November enrol is not stated.
The programme's FAQ says English certificates must be dated within 2 years and describes a 25-minute aptitude test and a 20-minute interview, while the 2026/27 call accepts certificates dated from January 2022 onwards and sets a 10-15 minute interview for procedures A and B; the rules shown follow the call.
For visa applicants (procedure C) the programme's call gives no Universitaly pre-enrolment date. The School of Engineering's 2026/27 notice, which also lists this degree, sets Universitaly pre-enrolment by 31 July 2026 and in-person enrolment by 28 November 2026 for its own procedure; whether the same dates apply to procedure C is not stated.
