A.Y. 2026/27 (selection closed; 2027/28 not published on 28 September 2026). Non-EU citizens residing abroad who need a study visa (20 reserved places, separate ranking): submit the Universitaly pre-enrolment no later than 10 June 2026 (required to take part in the selection); take the CEnT-S between 1 November 2025 and 19 June 2026 (extended from 9 June 2026); apply on Delphi from 18 February to 12 June 2026 in the reserved-places category; online B2 English interview from 6 July 2026 unless exempted. Ranking from 16 July 2026: winners submit the Delphi enrolment application by 2 September 2026 and pay the first instalment (EUR 156) by 11 September 2026; supplementary lists from 15 and 28 September 2026 with the same deadlines as above. Holders of a foreign qualification must complete enrolment in person at the International Students Office by 5 November 2026. National visa-application deadline for A.Y. 2026/27: 30 November 2026.
Valid high-school diploma of at least 12 years of schooling (or foreign equivalent giving access to higher education in the country of origin). Familiarity with biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics verified through the CEnT-S test.
A.Y. 2026/27. English: CEFR B2 is required and is checked in a pass/fail online interview on Microsoft Teams (from 6 July 2026); candidates who do not pass are excluded from the ranking. Exemption: a valid B2 English certificate from a recognised body, uploaded on Delphi with the application (the call lists, as examples, Cambridge English, IELTS, Trinity College London, ETS, TOEIC, TOEFL iBT, Pearson Edexcel/EDI, English Speaking Board, Anglia Ascentis, Aim Awards, LCCI and British Institutes; no minimum scores are printed), a degree from an English-taught programme, or citizenship of a country where English is the official language together with an Italian degree including at least 3 ECTS in English; the Examining Board decides on exemptions. Italian: not required for admission; under the course regulations (effective from 2025/26) students without adequate Italian must earn 3 ECTS in Italian up to at least B2 at the CLICI centre, and the Practical Assessment Test (PPV) after the pharmacy internship is conducted in Italian.
A.Y. 2026/27: two stages. (1) CEnT-S (CISIA English Test - Sciences), in person at a university (CENT@UNI) or online from home (CENT@CASA), taken between 1 November 2025 and 19 June 2026 (extended from 9 June 2026); registration on the CISIA website with a EUR 55 fee. 55 questions in 110 minutes: Mathematics 15 (30 min), Reasoning on texts and data 15 (30 min), Biology 10 (20 min), Chemistry 10 (20 min), Physics 5 (10 min); +1 per correct answer, -0.25 per wrong answer, 0 if blank. No minimum score; the ranking uses the best CEnT-S score (CISIA's standardised score); ties go to the higher Chemistry score, then the younger candidate. Additional learning requirements (OFA) if the section score is below 4 in Mathematics, Biology or Chemistry or below 2 in Physics. (2) Pass/fail English interview at B2 level, online on Microsoft Teams from 6 July 2026 at 10:00 Italian time; only candidates who pass it or are exempted are ranked.

Non-EU citizens legally residing in Italy: a valid residence permit (if expired, the expired permit with proof of renewal) and a declaration of any current enrolment at Tor Vergata or another Italian university
CEnT-S (CISIA) test taken by 19 June 2026 with the same Italian fiscal code used on Delphi - the University takes the scores directly from CISIA, so no score certificate is uploaded
