A.Y. 2026/27 - Engineering Master's degrees notice (Decreto n. 1595/2026 of 27/05/2026), which lists Management Engineering (LM-31) as taught in Italian and in English: Italian, EU and non-EU applicants legally residing in Italy apply on Delphi for the evaluation of curricular requirements in one of four rounds - 2nd round 15 July - 14 September 2026, 3rd round 16 September - 16 November 2026, 4th round 18 November 2026 - 18 January 2027, 5th round 20 January - 15 March 2027 (the 1st round, 4 June - 13 July 2026, is reserved to visa applicants). Outcomes are e-mailed within one month of the round's closing. Enrolment opens on 3 August 2026; deadlines without late fee: 4 November 2026 (2nd round), 15 January 2027 (3rd), 15 March 2027 (4th), 30 April 2027 (5th); with a late fee (EUR 50 within 30 days, EUR 100 after) until 31 March 2027 (2nd and 3rd rounds), 30 April 2027 (4th) or 31 May 2027 (5th). Tor Vergata graduates of the same-name Bachelor are deemed to meet them. Missing credits must be earned before the personal-preparation check, normally by passing exams of the Management Engineering Bachelor indicated by the Coordinator, taken as single courses (A.Y. 2026/27: EUR 100 per course plus EUR 16 stamp duty). Personal preparation is then checked for everyone: exempt with a credit-weighted Bachelor average of at least 25.00/30 (24.50/30 if the Bachelor was completed within 4 years of enrolling); otherwise CV assessment (degree mark and grades in ING-IND/35, MAT/09, ING-IND/17) and, if needed, an interview on those subjects. Italian-university graduates may obtain the degree by 31 March 2027; applicants finishing a degree abroad must hold it by the closing date of the round they apply in. How the Italian subject-area credit table is applied to foreign degrees (English curriculum, differentiated procedure) is not described on the official pages .
At least CEFR B2 in a European Union language other than Italian (programme regulation, Art. 6); for the English-taught curriculum 'Technology and New Frontier Management', taught entirely in English, this means English at B2. The programme's admission page says the requirement must be met at the latest by the end of the first semester of the year of enrolment, and the 2026/27 Engineering Master's notice checks the foreign-language level within the personal-preparation verification. No list of accepted certificates, minimum scores or exemptions is published for this degree. For international applicants to English-taught programmes the University's general rule (2026/27 admissions cycle) is B2 English proved by a recognised certificate or by evidence that previous studies were in English; otherwise the Language Centre's Online English Language Exam, whose B2 statement is uploaded to the Universitaly pre-enrolment. No Italian-language requirement is stated for the English curriculum: the notice's Italian test is for visa applicants enrolling in a master's course taught in Italian.
