A.Y. 2026/27 (the visa round is closed; 2027/28 not published on 28 September 2026). Non-EU citizens residing abroad who need a study visa (40 reserved places) could use only the 1st round: Delphi application for English-taught programmes ('Richiesta di ammissione ai corsi in lingua inglese' - APPLICATION) from 24 November 2025 to 30 April 2026, with a EUR 30 evaluation fee; interview only in the 1st interview round, after 30 April 2026, possibly online on Microsoft Teams. Universitaly pre-enrolment by 31 July 2026. Enrolment only after the visa is issued, completed in person at the International Students Office by 18 December 2026. National visa-application deadline for A.Y. 2026/27: 30 November 2026.
A.Y. 2026/27: English at least at B2 (CEFR). Proof, except for native English speakers and holders of an English-taught bachelor's degree: a valid certificate obtained from August 2019 onwards from one of the listed bodies (Cambridge English, IELTS, Trinity College London, ETS, TOEIC, TOEFL iBT, Pearson Edexcel/EDI, English Speaking Board, Anglia Ascentis, Aim Awards, LCCI, British Institutes, NQAI-ACELS), or instead a university 'Proficiency certificate' (from a university that requires B2 for admission) together with a GRE General Test score (Tor Vergata DI code 3369). The notice prints no minimum scores; English is also checked in the admission interview. Italian: not required for admission; learning Italian is part of the programme's extra activities.
A.Y. 2026/27: no written entrance test. Phase 1: check of curricular requirements on the Delphi application. Phase 2: a mandatory interview (colloquio) with the degree Commission for every applicant, checking personal preparation in the programme's core subjects, English (B2) and the entry qualification. Interview rounds: after 30 April 2026 (visa applicants only; possibly online on Microsoft Teams), after 15 June, 15 September and 2 November 2026, after 15 January and 26 February 2027; dates and times are published on the Humanities student office's interview calendar. Applicants who lack curricular requirements must pass single courses before enrolling.
