Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc) or equivalent first-cycle degree obtained after completing a three-year (minimum) course of study. The requested degree must include courses on subjects related to signal processing and fundamentals of telecommunications, comparable to those typically found in the background of a graduate in Communications Engineering (i.e., exams in signal and systems, random variables and processes, digital communications, networks, and fundamentals of electromagnetic propagation). Lack of any of the above exams makes an application not eligible. A strong background in mathematics is also required. Proficiency in related engineering subjects (e.g., electronics, computer engineering, or management) is also favorably considered. Students expected to obtain their BSc degree before their pre-enrolment deadline (set by the Italian embassy or consulate in their country) are allowed to apply; their admission is contingent on successful graduation by the specified deadline. Qualifications issued in a non-EU country are subject to verification and recognition of legitimacy by the Italian deputy diplomatic authorities at a later stage.

Knowledge of English comparable to level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. Applicants must submit a declaration of knowledge of the English language specifying the duration of studies and the type of certification held. If the bachelor's degree program was taught in English, the applicant may upload a document certified by their university attesting the teaching language instead of a language certificate. No specific minimum IELTS/TOEFL score is stated in the call.

• Academic degree certificate (or declaration of expected graduation by the pre-enrolment deadline) indicating legal duration of at least three years, along with a copy of the degree certificate and transcripts translated into English or Italian;

• Copy of a valid passport;

• Complete Curriculum Vitae et Studiorum covering education program and any other relevant cultural and professional experience. All documents must be in Adobe PDF format. An application fee of EUR 30.00 must be paid on the application portal to finalize the submission (applies exclusively to applicants holding a foreign qualification).
