Derece Sınıfı

LM-35 / LM-23

Kabul Tipi

Open access / unrestricted access (accesso libero, 'corso senza accesso programmato'), subject to verification of curricular requirements and of personal preparation. There is no numerus clausus and no admission ranking. UNIBS lists Civil and Environmental Engineering among the courses without restricted access.

Resmî Eğitim Dili

English. UNIBS describes the programme as a two-year Master's Degree Programme taught entirely in English. The degree has a single curriculum, so there is no Italian-taught alternative track within it. An optional 3-CFU unit 'English for Civil and Environmental Engineering' is offered in the first semester as a language-support elective, not as a compensation for the entry requirement.

Başvuru takvimi

AB / AEA adayları

— no confirmed AY 2026/2027 date was found. The most recent indexed figure is that the admission procedure for Master's Degree programmes in Engineering ran from 1 July to 30 September, which refers to the AY 2025/2026 cycle. EU candidates holding an Italian qualification would follow the engineering-area unrestricted-access enrolment window published at https://www.unibs.it/en/education/enrolling/admission-degree-programs/graduate-degree-programmes/engineering-unrestricted-access ; EU candidates holding a foreign qualification must additionally complete the PICA pre-assessment within its separate window. The AY 2026/2027 dates must be re-checked against https://www.unibs.it/en/university/communication/all-news/admissions-ay-20262027-calls-and-notices before use.

AB / AEA dışı adaylar

Non-EU candidates residing abroad: the PICA pre-assessment for master's degrees for AY 2026/2027 is open until 15 March 2026 at noon (Italian time); the same deadline applies to the STAR + LMINT scholarship applications for non-EU applicants. Outcomes are notified by email around mid-May 2026. After a positive pre-assessment, the study-visa pre-enrolment must be filed on the Universitaly portal (https://www.unibs.it/en/international/degree-seeking-students/admission/non-eu-candidates-living-abroad/application-study-visa-universitaly-portal), with an outline deadline of 31 August 2026 for AY 2026/2027 — this visa step is separate from the university's own enrolment window and must not be confused with it. Non-EU candidates already legally resident in Italy follow the distinct 'Non-EU candidates living in Italy: master's degrees' route (https://www.unibs.it/en/international/degree-seeking-students/admission/non-eu-candidates-living-italy/non-eu-italy-masters-degrees). — the Universitaly date was carried from the project outline reference and could not be re-verified directly.

Kabul koşulları

Akademik geçmiş

1) A three-year bachelor's degree (Italian laurea) or an equivalent foreign qualification recognised as suitable is required. 2) Disciplinary background: applicants should hold a three-year bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or in Environmental Engineering, with a sound background in Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, Fluid mechanics and Structural Mechanics. 3) Minimum CFU by sector: graduates of the Italian system under DM 270/04 (or the earlier DM 509/99) may be admitted if they have earned a minimum number of CFU in specific disciplinary areas and scientific-disciplinary sectors (SSD), as detailed in the Academic Regulations of the course. 4) Curricular integrations: any required curricular integrations must be completed BEFORE the assessment of personal preparation takes place — i.e. a candidate cannot be admitted with outstanding curricular debts and make them up during the master's. 5) Personal preparation is then assessed separately. — the exact SSD codes (e.g. ICAR/01, ICAR/02, ICAR/07, ICAR/08, ICAR/09, ING-IND/, MAT/, FIS/, CHIM/) and the per-area minimum CFU figures could not be retrieved, because neither the enrolling page nor the Regolamento didattico PDF could be opened. No minimum bachelor's grade threshold analogous to the Economics-area 85/110 rule was found for this course.

Dil yeterliliği

English at CEFR level B2 is required for admission. UNIBS states explicitly that knowledge of English at least at B2 level is required for admission to the master's degree, and that therefore NO credits are reserved for acquiring such skills — i.e. there is no in-programme CFU allocation for English, and the level must already be held. Accepted evidence is expected to follow the standard UNIBS pattern: an international certification at B2 or above from the list recognised by the Language Teaching Centre (Centro Linguistico di Ateneo, CLA), or the CLA UNIBS B2 level certificate (attestazione CLA B2, obtained by passing the CLA level test in the four skills), or a previous degree delivered in English. CLA reference: https://www.unibs.it/en/university/organisation/language-teaching-centre-cla/cla-certification-tests-and-examination-confirmation/attestazione-di-livello-cla-lingua-inglese/attestazione-cla-b2 . A 3-CFU optional unit 'English for Civil and Environmental Engineering' exists in the first semester but is a support elective, not an admission alternative. — the specific list of certificates accepted for THIS course, and the deadline by which the certificate must be produced, could not be verified directly.

Sınav / değerlendirme

There is no competitive entrance examination. Admission is a two-step verification. Step 1 — curricular requirements: the Commission checks that the applicant holds a suitable bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent) and has earned the minimum CFU in the disciplinary areas and SSDs listed in the course Academic Regulations, with an adequate grounding in Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, Fluid mechanics and Structural mechanics. Any curricular integrations must be completed before proceeding. Step 2 — personal preparation: assessed by the Commission in the manner prescribed by the Teaching Regulations of the study programme. For applicants with a foreign qualification both steps are performed inside the PICA pre-assessment procedure, and the applicant receives a written outcome. English B2 must be documented; no CFU are reserved for language acquisition, so it cannot be made up after enrolment. — the concrete form of the personal-preparation assessment (interview vs. documentary review vs. written test), its scheduling and its criteria could not be verified directly.

Hazırlanacak belgeler

    • For the PICA pre-assessment of a foreign qualification: (1) Diploma / degree certificate in the original language
    • (2) Transcript of records in the original language; both with an official translation into Italian or English unless already issued in one of those languages
    • (3) Legalisation or Apostille of the diploma and transcript by the competent authorities of the issuing education system

  • MAJOR CAVEAT — DIRECT VERIFICATION FAILED. corsi.unibs.it and www.unibs.it are behind Cloudflare 'managed challenge' protection. On 6 Eylül 2026 every direct access attempt failed: WebFetch on https://corsi.unibs.it/en/civilandenvironmentalengineering returned HTTP 405 Method Not Allowed; plain curl returned HTTP 405 with a 2,281-byte challenge stub; https://www.unibs.it/en/cds-civil-environmental-engineering and https://en.unibs.it/ugov/degree/2144 returned HTTP 403 Forbidden; the official PDFs ('Requirements English taught MSc', 'Requisiti corsi di laurea magistrale in lingua Inglese', the Regolamento didattico) returned HTTP 403; the browser tool loaded a 'Human Verification / Let's confirm you are human' bot-detection interstitial, which was not bypassed; the subdomain yourfuture.unibs.it did not resolve from this environment. Consequently ALL content in this record was compiled from search-engine indexed snippets of the official UNIBS pages, not from pages read directly. Quotes reproduce indexed text, may differ in exact wording from the live page, and may be out of date. Everything should be re-verified against the live pages before publication. SPECIFIC UNCERTAINTIES: (1) degree_class — LM-35 is indicated by indexed content but not confirmed; the course may be accredited as inter-class LM-23 & LM-35, and it must not be confused with the separate Italian-taught 'Ingegneria Civile' (LM-23) and 'Ingegneria per l'ambiente e il territorio' LM degrees at the same university; (2) the exact SSD codes and per-area minimum CFU thresholds are unknown — only the existence of the requirement is confirmed; (3) no minimum bachelor's grade threshold was found for this course (unlike the Economics area's 85/110 rule) — it may exist and simply not be indexed; (4) the form of the personal-preparation assessment (interview, written test, or documentary review) is unknown; (5) AY 2026/2027 enrolment dates for the engineering area were NOT found — the only concrete window found (1 July – 30 September) refers to AY 2025/2026 and must not be reused for 2026/2027; (6) the campus address conflicts with the project outline — indexed content gives Via Branze 38, the outline mentioned Via Branze 43; (7) the /enrolling sub-URL for this course was inferred from the UNIBS pattern and not confirmed; (8) whether any free-choice electives are Italian-only was not checked, so 'fully_english' applies to the compulsory core with high confidence but not necessarily to every elective; (9) LMINT scholarship eligibility for this course was not confirmed on the call page.
