Başvuru takvimi

AB / AEA adayları

For EU/EU-equivalent and Italian candidates, enrolment in this open-access master's degree follows the annual Economics-area master's degree notice (Avviso LM Economia). Direct online admission/enrolment applications are accepted up to 31 December of the academic year concerned (late/'in-year' enrolment window; conditional enrolments lapse if the bachelor's degree is not obtained by that date). EU citizens holding a foreign qualification must in addition use the dedicated PICA pre-evaluation round for EU candidates (in the previous cycle: 30 June - 21 July at noon Italian time). Exact 2026/2027 dates must be read from the current Avviso.

AB / AEA dışı adaylar

Non-EU candidates residing abroad: PICA pre-evaluation first round for a.y. 2026/2027 closes 15 March 2026 at noon (Italian time) — this round is also the one used for the LMINT and STAR PVS international scholarships. After receiving a positive pre-evaluation, non-EU candidates living abroad must submit and complete the pre-enrolment/study-visa application on the Universitaly portal by 31 August 2026, then complete matriculation at UNIBS after visa issuance and arrival. The Universitaly/visa step is separate from, and additional to, the UNIBS PICA pre-evaluation deadline. Non-EU candidates already legally resident in Italy follow the separate 'Non-EU candidates living in Italy: master's degrees' procedure and are not required to use Universitaly.

Kabul koşulları

Akademik geçmiş

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree (laurea), a university diploma of at least three years' duration, or an equivalent foreign qualification recognised as suitable by the competent University bodies. Curricular requirement: at least 30 ECTS/CFU acquired in the previous university career in the following scientific-disciplinary sectors (SSD): INF/* (computer science), ING-INF/* (information engineering), MAT/* (mathematics), SECS-S/* (statistics and mathematical methods for economics), SECS-P/05 (econometrics), FIS/* (physics), MED/01 (medical statistics) and M-PSI/03 (psychometrics). A tolerance of six ECTS/CFU is allowed when verifying the minimum curricular requirement. Personal preparation: candidates who meet the curricular requirements are admitted directly (and exempted from the admission test) if they simultaneously satisfy the academic-record thresholds — a weighted average of examination marks of at least 24/30, an average mark of at least 24/30 in the exams belonging to the listed SSDs, and at least 44 CFU obtained in those SSDs. Candidates who do not meet all of these conditions are required by the Selection Committee to sit and pass the admission test. The assessment of personal competences and skills is based on the academic curriculum (weighted average mark of the examinations, average marks and number of CFU obtained in the courses falling within the specified fields, and consistency with the educational objectives of the course of study). For qualifications obtained abroad, the Course Council assesses the content of the completed study plan and the fulfilment of the disciplinary requirements; a candidate with a foreign qualification is considered eligible for the personal preparation assessment only if the first-level degree mark is at least 85/110 (or 77/100). Candidates who meet the requirements but have not yet graduated may pre-enrol 'in hypothesis' (conditional enrolment), which is void if the degree is not obtained in the examination sessions held by 31 December, considered extraordinary sessions of the previous academic year.

Dil yeterliliği

English proficiency at least at CEFR level B2 is a prerequisite for admission. It can be evidenced in any of the following alternative ways: (a) a B2-level certificate issued by the Language Teaching Centre (CLA) of the University of Brescia, or equivalent proof produced by a Language Centre or Language Service of an Italian or foreign university; (b) having acquired at least 3 CFU in English language teaching during previous university studies; or (c) having obtained a three-year degree (or equivalent qualification) with at least 60 CFU in educational activities carried out in English. No specific external test score (IELTS/TOEFL band) is stated as the sole accepted route on the official enrolling page; equivalent internationally recognised B2 certificates are handled through the equivalence route above.

Sınav / değerlendirme

Admission to the ADSEM master's degree by candidates who satisfy the minimum curricular requirements may take place only following an assessment of personal preparation carried out by a Selection Committee. The Committee first assesses the academic record (weighted average mark, average mark and number of CFU obtained in the listed SSDs, and consistency with the educational objectives of the programme). Candidates meeting the thresholds (weighted average at least 24/30; average at least 24/30 in the listed SSDs; at least 44 CFU in those SSDs) are admitted directly and exempted from the test. If the academic-record evaluation is not fully satisfactory, the candidate must pass an oral interview and/or a written test held in English. Candidates holding an Italian three-year university diploma and candidates holding a foreign degree are required to take this admission test. For foreign-degree holders, eligibility to sit the personal-preparation assessment requires a first-level degree mark of at least 85/110 (or 77/100). The test is not a competitive ranking exercise with a fixed number of places; it is a pass/fail eligibility check. Two test sittings are published for a.y. 2026/2027 in the Economics area: 1 July 2026 at 10:30 and 24 September 2026 at 10:30; a positive result is valid for admission to a.y. 2026/2027.

Hazırlanacak belgeler

  • For the PICA pre-evaluation and for the subsequent enrolment, foreign-qualification candidates must provide: the final diploma/degree certificate and the transcript of records in the original language, accompanied by an official translation into Italian or English (unless already issued in one of these languages), legalised or bearing the Apostille stamp issued by the authorities of the relevant educational system; the Declaration of Value (Dichiarazione di valore in loco) issued by the competent Italian diplomatic representation in the country of the education system attended, or an equivalent CIMEA statement of comparability where accepted; detailed syllabi/programmes of the examinations taken, bearing the foreign university stamp and translated into Italian or English (considered a preferential requirement); evidence of English proficiency at B2 (certificate, or transcript proof of at least 3 CFU of English, or of a degree with at least 60 CFU taught in English); a valid identity document/passport; and payment of the EUR 20 pre-evaluation fee. Italian-degree candidates submit their degree/transcript data through the university's online enrolment system.

  • MAJOR ACCESS CAVEAT: unibs.it and corsi.unibs.it are behind an AWS WAF / Cloudflare-style 'managed challenge' (Human Verification). All direct access attempts failed: WebFetch on https://corsi.unibs.it/en/datascience and https://corsi.unibs.it/en/datascience/enrolling returned HTTP 405; https://www.unibs.it/en/cds-datascience returned HTTP 403; curl with a full desktop browser User-Agent returned the AWS WAF 'Human Verification' interstitial; the browser tool loaded only the 'Let's confirm you are human' security-check page, and solving that challenge is not permitted. Official PDFs (Regolamento didattico ADSEM, at corsi.unibs.it/sites/cdl/files/...) were likewise blocked (405/403). Therefore NONE of the pages below were directly verified: the entire record was compiled from search-engine indexed content and cached snippets of the official corsi.unibs.it and www.unibs.it pages, and all source_quotes are reconstructed from those indexed snippets rather than read from the live page. Wording of quotes may differ slightly from the live page and every value should be re-verified against the live official page before publication. SPECIFIC UNCERTAINTIES: (1) degree_class — the LM-DATA (Data Science) class comes from the UNIBS quality-assurance/AlmaLaurea transparency title 'Analytics e data science per l'economia e il management (LM-Data)'; it was NOT confirmed on the corsi.unibs.it programme page itself, and note that Italy's LM-DATA class was introduced only in 2022, so older documents may still show a different class. (2) campus — the Via S. Faustino 74/B address is from an indexed snippet; individual lectures may be held in other DEM buildings in Brescia. (3) academic thresholds (weighted average 24/30, average 24/30 in the listed SSDs, at least 44 CFU in those SSDs) appear in an indexed snippet of the enrolling page and are internally consistent with the 30-CFU curricular minimum plus six-CFU tolerance, but the exact numbers for a.y. 2026/2027 must be re-checked; there is a risk these figures were carried over from an earlier academic year's regulation. (4) Admission test dates 1 July 2026 and 24 September 2026 were retrieved from Economics-area enrolling pages and may be the Economics-area test calendar generally rather than an ADSEM-specific calendar; the ADSEM interview may be scheduled ad hoc by the Selection Committee instead. (5) application_deadline_eu — the 31 December date is the 'in-year enrolment' / conditional-enrolment deadline from the Economics-area notice, not necessarily the ordinary enrolment deadline; the ordinary window and the specific 2026/2027 dates must be read from the current Avviso LM Economia. (6) PICA round dates for EU candidates (30 June - 21 July) are from the previous cycle and may shift for 2026/2027. (7) required_documents — the CIMEA statement-of-comparability alternative to the Declaration of Value is a general Italian practice and was not explicitly confirmed on the UNIBS ADSEM pages. (8) No named external entry test (TOLC/GMAT/GRE) applies to ADSEM, unlike the Management LM which explicitly accepts a GMAT score as an exemption route; the absence of such a route for ADSEM is inferred from the enrolling-page snippets and not from an explicit negative statement. (9) Precise tuition amounts were not captured; only the fee-information landing pages are provided.
