• First Year: Applicants may sit the test if they hold a secondary-school diploma obtained in Italy or abroad, or attend the last or penultimate secondary-school year. To enrol in 2026/2027 they must hold an appropriate access qualification by the start of the academic year and pass the HU Admission Test.
• Transfer Year 2: Applicant must attend a recognized Medicine degree course and have at least 80% of credits corresponding to Humanitas first-year disciplines, excluding Being a Medical Doctor disciplines.
• Transfer Year 3: Applicant must attend a recognized Medicine degree course; have all first-year credits except Being a Medical Doctor disciplines; have all second-year credits except disciplines in Mechanism of Diseases I, Mechanism of Diseases II, and Molecular Medicine and Computational Biology; and have passed the seven named foundational exams listed in Article 2.3.

• First Year: The programme and test are in English. Passing the HU Admission Test exempts the candidate from submitting a B2-or-higher English certificate for enrolment; therefore no separate certificate is required for an admitted test-passer.
• Transfer: Good command of English is required for all candidates; Humanitas may assess it by interview. Any English/Italian certificate is uploaded if available, but no fixed English certificate score is stated.

Sınav / değerlendirme

• First Year: HU Admission Test, remotely proctored from home: 60 five-option multiple-choice questions in 120 minutes, divided into Scientific Thinking and Academic Literacy (20 questions/45 minutes), Biology and Chemistry (20/35 minutes), and Mathematics and Physics (20/40 minutes), plus six reserve questions and 12 proportional minutes. For Medicine, correct/wrong/omitted answers score +22/-5.5/0 in SA, +16/-4/0 in BC, and +10/-2.5/0 in MP. Maximum 960; section thresholds are 88 SA, 64 BC and 40 MP. Ranking uses the higher valid score from up to two rounds. Ties: SA, then BC, then younger candidate.
• Transfer: No admission test. Academic document evaluation considers credits, content correspondence and grades; eligible applicants may be invited to an online interview with the Dean in September, which may also assess English/Italian.
