- Prior Qualification: A Bachelor's Degree satisfying Annex A, or a higher-level qualification such as a Master's Degree or Degree in Medicine. Final-year Bachelor's students may apply conditionally.
- Degree Validity: The Bachelor's degree must carry 180 ECTS, last at least three years, be comparable to an Italian Bachelor's programme, and be awarded by a foreign university recognized in its national system so that it permits access to second-cycle/postgraduate study; a first-cycle degree from a Bocconi Partner University is also accepted.
- Curricular Credits: At least 30 credits in the listed statistics, mathematics/informatics, information engineering, physics, biology, and medicine subject sectors, including at least 18 credits in the STEM subset identified in the call.

There is no published written entrance examination. The joint Humanitas-Bocconi Admission Committee evaluates previous academic performance and the applicant's overall profile, then ranks applicants against the available places at the end of each round.
