Fully English-taught. It is the English-language course of the L-20 degree, symmetrical in objectives and content to the Italian twin course "Comunicazione d'impresa e relazioni pubbliche", but administered as a separate degree course with its own places quota, its own admission test in English and its own test calendar. The admission test itself is taken in English ("La prova si svolge in lingua inglese"). Note that IULM still expects non-native Italian speakers enrolled on the course to obtain proof of Italian-language ability by the end of their studies, and Italian B1 certification (if held) is uploaded during test registration — but Italian is not a barrier to admission.
Başvuru koşulları ve tarihleri sık sık değişebilir. Başvurmadan önce bilgileri mutlaka resmî kaynaktan kontrol et; kaynak bağlantıları sayfanın altında.
Non-EU applicants residing abroad follow a separate, earlier calendar via apply.iulm.it.
Overall deadline: "Non-EU applicants living abroad can submit their application on apply.iulm.it, subject to availability of places for the degree course in which they are interested, by the end of April."
Dedicated international admission-test sessions for 2026/2027 (Annex 3 of the admission procedures) — test enrolment window / Oxford English Test date / test date / results / course enrolment window:
Selective, capped-number admission ("corso ad accesso programmato con verifica selettiva delle conoscenze") based on a merit ranking.
PLACES: 260 places for A.Y. 2026/2027, deliberated by the Academic Senate on 4 November 2025 and confirmed on the course's own registration page. The English-language site page for this course instead displays "places available 500", which contradicts both the official admission-procedures PDF (260) and the Italian-site course page (260); the 260 figure from the Rector-approved procedures document should be treated as authoritative. The Italian twin course has a separate quota of 480 places.
PRIOR QUALIFICATION — eligible candidate categories are: Italian or EU nationals holding an Italian 5-year high-school diploma or an equivalent qualification
ENGLISH — B2 CEFR is a hard prerequisite for admission to the test, not merely for enrolment: "candidates must have a knowledge of English equivalent to at least level B2 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)".
Route 1 — certificate: candidates holding an accepted international certificate obtained after 1 January 2024 are admitted directly to the admission test; a digital copy must be attached during online registration. Accepted certificates and minimum scores: IELTS 5.5; Cambridge FCE or CAE and Linguaskill 160; BEC Vantage 160; Cambridge IGCSE English as a Second Language grade C; TOEFL iBT 72; Pearson PTE 46; Trinity College London ISE II.
Route 2 — IULM assessment test: candidates without a valid certificate must sit IULM's own Oxford English Test (Use of English + Listening), free of charge, on the dates in Annex 2 of the admission procedures. Reaching B2 or above in BOTH the Use of English and the Listening Comprehension sections admits the candidate to the admission test. A pass at B2 or above obtained in an earlier session (not before 1 November 2023) also counts.
Online selective written admission test, invigilated remotely.
Stage 1 (only for candidates without a valid B2 certificate) — Oxford English Test / language assessment test: sections Use of English + Listening, 45 questions, 73 minutes, provided free of charge. B2 or above in BOTH sections is required to be admitted to Stage 2. (Note: the course registration page states 70 minutes for this test while the official admission-procedures PDF and the Italian course page state 73 minutes.)
Stage 2 — admission test, taken in English: 60 questions in 50 minutes, delivered online. Subjects and question counts: text comprehension (10), English grammar (17), numerical reasoning (4), verbal critical reasoning (8), logical reasoning (11), culture of corporate communication (10). Sample questions are published by IULM as a downloadable PDF (CCPR_esempi_2026.pdf).
Upper secondary school diploma in the original language, with a certified Italian translation for non-EU languages (if already available)
Official transcript of records covering the entire upper secondary school path, in the original language, with certified Italian translation for non-EU languages
English language proficiency certificate at CEFR level B2 or above from the accepted list (IELTS 5.5 / Cambridge FCE-CAE-Linguaskill 160 / BEC Vantage 160 / Cambridge IGCSE ESL grade C / TOEFL iBT 72 / Pearson PTE 46 / Trinity ISE II), obtained after 1 January 2024 — otherwise the IULM Oxford English assessment test replaces it
Passport (PDF scan of front and back of an identity document; for non-EU candidates a valid residence permit is compulsory where resident in Italy)
Italian tax code / health card (codice fiscale), PDF scan front and back — for candidates enrolling in Italy
Curriculum vitae / resumé
8 belge daha
Reference letter in Italian or English
Motivation letter in Italian or English
Proof of passing the national university entrance exam of the country of origin where required (e.g. YKS, Selectividad, ENEM, Gao Kao)
Third- and fourth-year school reports (or third-year only for candidates currently in the fourth year); second- and third-year reports for 4-year secondary courses — self-certification accepted only exceptionally and must be replaced before the test date
Average marks for the third and/or fourth year of high school, rounded to one decimal place, excluding physical education, civic education, religion and conduct
Italian language certification at CEFR B1 or above, if held, for non-native Italian speakers applying to this course (optional at registration)
Disability (Law 104/92), DSA (Law 170/2010), ADHD or Autism certification in PDF, uploaded before the test-registration deadline, for candidates requesting compensatory measures
For enrolment with a foreign qualification: Type D study visa where required, codice fiscale, and a Statement of Comparability and/or CIMEA verification or a Dichiarazione di Valore, by 31 January 2027
All figures are for A.Y. 2026/2027; no fallback to 2025/2026 was needed. The governing document is the admission-procedures PDF approved by the Academic Senate on 4 November 2025 and marked "rev March 2026", so details may still be revised during the cycle.
1) QUOTA CONFLICT (main open point). The English-language site page cited as official_program_url in the research brief shows "places available 500" on its registration tab, while the Rector-/Senate-approved admission-procedures PDF lists 260 places for "Corporate Communication and Public Relations (in English)" and the Italian-site page for the same English-taught course shows "posti disponibili 260". The Italian twin course is separately listed at 480. 260 has been used as the value of record. The 500 figure appears to be a stale or mis-merged number on the English-language site.
2) URL STRUCTURE. IULM's Italian site treats the English-taught course as a distinct course with its own slug — https://www.iulm.it/it/offerta-formativa/corsi-di-lauree-triennali/comunicazione-dimpresa-e-relazioni-pubbliche-cv-eng/ — while the English-language site has only ONE "Corporate Communication and Public Relations" entry, under the Italian twin's slug (comunicazione-impresa-relazioni-pubbliche), which serves English-course content (English test subjects, English-course test dates 23/03, 28/05, 15/07) but the wrong quota. No /en/ page exists for the cv-eng slug (HTTP 404 tested). The brief's official_program_url has been kept, but the Italian cv-eng URL is the more reliable page for quota and test details.
3) OXFORD TEST DURATION CONFLICT. The admission-procedures PDF (Annex 5) and the Italian course page both state the Oxford English Test is 45 questions in 73 minutes; the English-language registration page states 70 minutes. 73 minutes has been used.
4) FOURTH-SESSION TEST DATE. Annex 1 does not fix a date for this course in the 4th session: "dates to be defined according to number of remaining places (if only 4th-session applicants: 15 July 2026)". The course pages list 15/07/26. Treat as provisional.
5) CAPACITY RISK. The procedures state that extraordinary sessions may be added if places remain, but also that registration deadlines may be shortened on over-subscription and that only sessions with sufficient remaining places accept applications. Whether the course is still open in a given session is not published in advance; applicants should check before paying the €110 fee. International (non-EU abroad) sessions 5–7 explicitly run only "subject to places still being available".
6) DUAL DEGREE. Dublin Business School (Honours Bachelor Degree in Marketing) and Royal Roads University are named as dual-degree partners on the course page, but no separate admission requirements, selection procedure or quota for the dual-degree tracks could be found on iulm.it; the tracks appear to be selected during the course rather than at admission. Not fully captured.
7) APPLICATION FEE FOR INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS. The prerequisites page says non-EU applicants abroad "Pay an application fee in order to start the evaluation" on apply.iulm.it, but no amount is published there; the €110 test fee in the procedures PDF explicitly carries a footnote that a different rate may apply to candidates sitting the test abroad. The exact apply.iulm.it fee is not published on iulm.it.
8) ENGLISH SECTION 3 SCOPE. Section 3 of the procedures (post-enrolment compulsory Oxford Placement Test and the "English for Corporate Skills" course requiring B1+) explicitly lists the Italian-taught courses, not this English-taught course; it has therefore been excluded from language_requirements for this programme, but the PDF's wording is ambiguous enough that it is worth re-checking.
9) Fields left with no per-programme value: none. campus and degree_class are taken from the Italian course page; no building-level teaching site beyond the single Milan campus (Via Carlo Bo 1) is published.
