Admission is through Bocconi's ranked Undergraduate School selection. Applicants need a valid secondary school diploma suitable for university access, a selection-test score, and evaluation of the GPA from the third-last and second-last years of secondary school.
Test Name: Bocconi online test, SAT or ACT (A.Y. 2027/28 selection); Mandatory: true; Alternatives: Bocconi online test; SAT; ACT (the Bocconi online test - Law and the LSAT are valid only for Law School programmes); Applies To: all Undergraduate School bachelor programmes, including International Politics and Government (Politics and Policy Making track); Dates Or Availability: a score must already be available when the application is submitted. International applicants book the Bocconi online test from 13 July 2026 to 19 January 2027; last test date 24 September 2026 for the Early Session and 21 January 2027 for the Winter Session (book at least 48 hours ahead); the platform is closed among other dates from 25 September to 13 October 2026 and from 22 January to 9 February 2027. Up to 4 attempts per test type, EUR 60 per attempt; only students who already hold their secondary school diploma or obtain it in the 2026/27 school year (graduating by July 2027) may take it; attempts from earlier academic years are not valid.; Format: 50 multiple-choice questions in 75 minutes (Mathematics 24, Reading comprehension 11, Numerical reasoning 6, Critical thinking 9), taken online in English or Italian; Scoring Or Threshold: the selection test is 55% of the ranking. Parents' ID or passport (application · conditional): required if the applicant is under age.
Third-last and second-last year transcripts (application · all): used for the GPA (45% of the ranking); the final GPA or all grades are entered in the GPA calculator of the Apply2B portal.
Selection test score report, at least one (application · all): Bocconi online test, SAT or ACT; SAT/ACT applicants also upload the confirmation that the score delivery to Bocconi was requested (College Board / ACT).
Final secondary school diploma (enrollment · all): valid for first-cycle university access, at least 12 years of schooling; upload through Apply2B by the end of July preceding the start of the academic year (end of August for British qualifications).
English language proof at B2 (enrollment · all): accepted certificate, diploma awarded in English or native-speaker status; the Bocconi English language proficiency test is available only to enrolled students.
Guardian appointment (enrollment · conditional): applicants who are not Italian citizens, not resident in Italy and aged 17 but under 18 on 1 September 2027 must appoint a guardian until they turn 18 (under 17 on that date cannot be admitted).
CIMEA Statement of Comparability and Verification or Declaration of Value (enrollment/visa · conditional): for non-EU citizens when indicated in the admission portal.
Official SAT or ACT score (enrollment · conditional): required by the enrollment deadline if an unofficial score was used in the selection.
Student visa (Type D) and permit of stay (enrollment · non_eu): required to finalise enrollment for non-EU citizens.
