University-wide 2026/2027 enrolment calendar applies: 1 Ağustos 2026 to 29 Aralık 2026 (1st-year Master's students); 4 Kasım 2026 for bachelor's and 2nd-year-and-beyond Master's students (plus 1st instalment); extension to 28 Şubat 2027 for January/February 2027 graduates.
STAM entry requirements as published in English on the official STAM page: a minimum of 24 CFU/ECTS, split as 12 ECTS in physics, mathematics, informatics, statistics, chemistry and information systems (PHYS-01 to PHYS-06; MATH-01 to MATH-06; INFO-01 Informatics; STAT-01 Statistics; CHEM-01 to CHEM-07; IINF-05/A information systems), and 12 ECTS in agriculture, forestry, botany and plant physiology (AGRI-01 to AGRI-14; BIO-01/A General Botany; BIO-01/B Systematic Botany; BIO-01/C Applied and Environmental Botany; BIO-02 Plant Physiology). Note these are the NEW Italian SSD codes. The older Italian didactic regulation (Reg.to-GEDAM-2024, D.R. 435/24 of 16.09.2024) uses legacy SSD codes and a different 6+12+6 split; that regulation belongs to the Italian-named listing. which document governs 2026/2027 admission.
English B2 (CEFR) per the university-wide rule for English-taught programmes: certified by IELTS, TOEFL, TCL, Cambridge First, PTE Academic, Oxford Test of English, Aptis ESOL General or Aptis Advanced, or by an English-as-Medium-of-Instruction certificate for previous university studies. No programme-specific English threshold is published on the STAM pages; English proficiency is additionally verified inside the admission interview, so a certificate is not strictly indispensable. No Italian test is required for English-taught programmes.
Open access ('ad accesso non programmato'), no numerus clausus and no TOLC. Admission is by ORAL INTERVIEW: the Didactic Commission verifies curricular requirements and personal preparation (in person or remote, with prior identification of the candidate), and the same interview verifies English proficiency. The STAM page links two interview-booking forms: https://forms.gle/M4GKbzq6XApavtA26 and https://forms.gle/mQirhzGg8rzvatCU8 . which of the two forms corresponds to which class/curriculum, and whether interview sessions beyond those published will be added.
