The actual closing DATE is not published anywhere on unitus.it - only the closed state is visible. The same pattern applied to the previous cycle (the 2025/2026 interview-booking form is likewise marked closed for extra-EU students), so this programme evidently operates an early, unannounced non-EU cut-off well ahead of the university-wide dates.   • AD ACCESSO LIBERO (open access) - Art. 5 of the didactic regulation states: "Il Corso di Laurea Magistrale e ad accesso libero." There is no numero programmato, no ranking and no TOLC. Curricular requirements are verified at enrolment by a Teaching Commission (Commissione didattica). Requirements (identical in the Italian and English versions of the official Admission Requirements document, and in the D.R. 193/2026 didactic regulation):
  • 1) FIRST-LEVEL DEGREE: possession of a first-cycle/bachelor's degree of at least 180 CFU/ECTS obtained at an Italian university, or an equivalent foreign qualification recognised as suitable ("riconosciuto come idoneo"). Foreign qualifications follow the standard UNITUS route: Declaration of Value from the Italian consulate, or a CIMEA Statement of Comparability, or an ARDI Statement of Correspondence, or a legalised Diploma Supplement.
  • 2) MINIMUM 90 CFU/ECTS IN LISTED SSD (scientific-disciplinary sectors). The list is broad and humanities/law/social-science weighted, with two computing sectors: INF/01 (Computer Science) and ING-INF/05 (Information Processing Systems); IUS/01, IUS/08, IUS/09, IUS/10, IUS/14, IUS/18, IUS/19, IUS/20, IUS/21 (law); L-ANT/01 to L-ANT/10 (antiquities/archaeology); L-ART/01 to L-ART/08 (art, music, cinema); L-FIL-LET/01 to L-FIL-LET/15 (philology and literature); L-LIN/01 to L-LIN/21 (linguistics and modern languages); L-OR/01, L-OR/10, L-OR/23 (oriental studies); M-FIL/05 to M-FIL/08 (philosophy); M-DEA/01 (anthropology); M-GGR/01, M-GGR/02 (geography); M-STO/01 to M-STO/09 (history, including M-STO/08 archival science, bibliography and library science and M-STO/09 palaeography); SECS-P/04, SECS-P/08, SECS-P/12 (economics/management); SPS/01 to SPS/14 (political and social sciences).

English at CEFR B2 minimum, evidenced in one of two ways, per the official Admission Requirements document: "Proficiency in English at least at the B2 level (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), certified by an appropriate language certification or, in the absence of such certification, by passing a specific test organized by the Department." This is a PROGRAMME-SPECIFIC ADDITION to the university baseline: DIKE runs its own in-house English test for candidates who hold no certificate, so a certificate is not strictly mandatory. University-wide accepted certificates (baseline, unchanged for this programme): IELTS, TOEFL, TCL, Cambridge First, PTE Academic, Oxford Test of English, Aptis ESOL General/Advanced; an EMI (English as Medium of Instruction) certificate attesting that previous university study was delivered in English is also accepted in place of a test certificate. No specific minimum band/score table is published for this programme - only the B2 CEFR level. No Italian language requirement: the programme is delivered entirely in English and no Italian test is required for English-taught programmes at UNITUS.

  • 1) NON-EU ADMISSIONS ARE CLOSED FOR 2026/2027. This is the single most important caveat for ItalyPath users. The programme's own admission form (the only route published on the course page) is titled "Admissions closed for the 2026/2027 a.y. for extra EU students" as of 5 Eylül 2026. UNITUS publishes NO closing date, no reopening date, and no explanation anywhere on unitus.it - only the closed form state. The identical pattern is visible on the previous cycle's 2025/2026 form, so an early, unpublished non-EU cut-off appears to be this programme's standing practice. Do not present the university-wide 29 Aralık 2026 / 30 Kasım 2026 dates to non-EU users for this programme without this warning. 2) NO PROGRAMME-SPECIFIC DEADLINE DATES ARE PUBLISHED AT ALL, for EU or non-EU. Both deadline fields are therefore built from the verified university-wide 2026/2027 calendar plus the observed closed state of the programme form. Both are marked uncertain. 3) OFFICIAL CALL: no bando / call for applications exists - the programme is ad accesso libero, consistent with all other UNITUS LM programmes. official_call_url therefore holds the Italian didactic regulation PDF (Regolamento didattico, D.R. n. 193/2026 of 13/04/2026), which is the authoritative admission document, not a call. 4) MILD CONTRADICTION ON THE INTERVIEW. The didactic regulation (Art. 5.3) describes the interview as conditional - personal preparation assessed on the CV, "eventualmente integrato da un colloquio" (possibly supplemented by an interview). The official Admission Requirements document and the course page instead present the oral interview as the operative step ("Admission: Oral interview", with a dedicated booking form). Treat the interview as required in practice for international applicants, but note the regulation leaves the Commission discretion. 5) NO ENGLISH-LANGUAGE SCORE TABLE. Only "CEFR B2" is stated; no IELTS/TOEFL minimum bands are published for this programme. The programme-specific alternative - a departmental English test in place of a certificate - is an addition to the shared UNITUS baseline and is confirmed in both the Italian and English versions of the Admission Requirements document. 6) SSD LIST IS YEAR-DEPENDENT. The regulation anchors the 90-CFU sector list to the SUA-CdS of the year of enrolment; the enumerated list transcribed here comes from the Admission Requirements PDF dated December 2025 (used for 2026/2027). It could be revised for later years. 7) NO GPA / MINIMUM MARK THRESHOLD is published in any official source; none was invented. 8) NO CURRICULA OR TRACKS are published - the programme appears to be single-track. No curricula list was found on the course page, the brochure or the regulation. 9) BLENDED DELIVERY. Up to two-thirds of non-practical teaching may be delivered remotely (modalita 'mista'). Students expecting a fully on-campus experience in Rieti should be told this.
