Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree or another qualification obtained abroad and recognized as suitable according to current legislation. The official admission-requirements page states that applicants must also have at least 24 CFU across the following disciplinary fields: M-STO/04 or SPS/02 or SPS/03; SPS/01 or SPS/04; IUS/01 or IUS/07 or IUS/08 or IUS/09 or IUS/13; SECS-P/01 or SECS-P/02 or SECS-P/06; SPS/07 or SPS/08 or SPS/11, including at least 12 CFU in areas a) and b), and at least 12 CFU in areas c), d), and e).

The English-language admissions pages require a suitable level of English, minimum B2 (CEFR). The official admission-requirements page also requires language knowledge and skills consistent with the language of delivery, with native speakers and applicants holding appropriate language certification exempt from the language test. An older official degree page additionally says students must be fluent in Italian and English, written and oral, or at least above B2 CEFR; it is unclear whether Italian is required for the English curriculum.
