• A.Y. 2026/27 guide: "High school diploma or other qualification obtained abroad recognized as suitable under current legislation." A mandatory, non-selective test for first-time university enrollees (see entry_exam_or_test). Non-EU applicants abroad: Unicam's Scientific Committee evaluates the profile and may add requirements beyond the Ministerial Circular: final score above 75% (lower grades may still apply but it can affect the outcome), relevant study path, possible age limits if many applications
• CIMEA (Verification+Comparability) / ARDI+CIMEA or Declaration of Value certificates get preference
• 11 years of schooling or fewer -> compensatory measures per Annex 1 of the MUR circular (source: Unicam country-based requirements PDF, updated October 2024 - older than 2026/27) [uncertain: 75% / age rules taken from the October 2024 PDF]. Suggested background: maths, chemistry, biology.

Programme is fully English. No mandatory certificate to apply: Unicam pre-admission page says "For courses taught in English applicants can upload one of the following certificates (not mandatory): Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL" (no MOI certificates). International FAQ: B2 "warmly recommended but NOT MANDATORY". 2026/27 guide: B2 expected to be reached within the first year; English B2 (10 questions) is checked in the background test, with new sessions and Altissia support if not passed. SUA-CdS (older text, 2023) says an entry level not lower than B1 (checked by a Cambridge-organised test if no B1 certificate). Italian is NOT required for this English course (Italian B2 certificate is requested only for Italian-taught courses); a B2 Italian test module applies to non-native speakers and Italian proficiency is expected to develop during the course. [uncertain: the exact minimum English level at entry is stated differently on different official pages (optional certificate / B1 / B2)]

Background Knowledge Test (Verifica della preparazione iniziale) - mandatory but non-selective, does not prevent enrolment. A.Y. 2026/27 first session: online on 17 September 2026 at 14:30; registration via dedicated link by 14 September 2026 12:00; repeated three times during 2026/27. Held in English, 60 minutes: three science modules (basic Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology; 10 questions each) + English B2 (10 questions) + Italian B2 (10 questions, non-native Italian speakers only). Passed with at least 5 correct answers in each module; otherwise Additional Educational Obligations (OFA) per failed subject, to be cleared within the first academic year (also cleared with 18 CFU of first-year exams; new sessions and Altissia support for the language parts). Students who already passed TOLC-B send the result to the course coordinator to ask for an exemption.

3. Hazırlanacak belgeler

• Pre-admission application (non-EU, in Unicam portal https://didattica.unicam.it/Root.do, form 'Domanda di valutazione preventiva'): register with personal data exactly as in the passport; upload the documents in Unicam's country-based requirements list (secondary-school diploma or provisional proof if still studying, transcripts, and CIMEA / Declaration of Value when available - preferred); optional English certificate (Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL); pay the EUR 20 non-refundable application fee. Official/final diploma required at final enrolment. At final enrolment in Italy the originals are submitted to the Student Registry: ID or passport, residence permit (or proof of application), original diploma and its legal translation; foreign qualifications need the CIMEA certificate or declaration of value plus translation. EU applicants enrol online: valid ID copy, passport-size photo (jpg, 35x40 mm), tax code (codice fiscale) copy, plus originals for foreign titles.
