Final secondary-school diploma or substitute certificate if the diploma has not yet been issued (pre-evaluation - all applicants with foreign qualification): UNIVPM accepts the final diploma, or a substitute certificate or enrolment certificate while waiting for the final diploma.
Transcript or marksheets for the last two years of upper-secondary studies (pre-evaluation - all applicants with foreign qualification): If the final diploma does not show the complete yearly record, applicants should upload marksheets for the last two years.
Grading scale or grading-system explanation (pre-evaluation - all applicants with foreign qualification): UNIVPM asks applicants to upload the grading scale used by the institution if available.
Proof of English B2 requirement (pre-evaluation - all applicants to this English-taught programme): The proof must be one of the certifications recognized by UNIVPM or other accepted documentation.
National university entrance examination result, if required by the applicant's school system (pre-evaluation - country-specific cases): UNIVPM asks applicants to upload the certificate proving they passed the national entrance exam where this is required in the issuing country.
Foundation-course certificate or previous university-year certificate, where needed for systems with fewer than 12 schooling years (pre-evaluation - country-specific cases): Required only when the foreign qualification needs academic integration under UNIVPM's country rules.
Legalized/apostilled diploma and transcript, plus Declaration of Value or CIMEA documentation where requested for pre-enrolment/enrolment (pre-enrolment/enrolment - mainly non-EU visa applicants and any applicant asked to complete qualification verification): UNIVPM recommends preparing these documents before application because they may be needed for visa pre-enrolment and final enrolment.
Document translation/authentication: If documents are in a language other than English, French, Spanish or Italian, an official translation into Italian or English is required. For final enrolment, UNIVPM states that the final diploma/degree and transcript must normally be legalized or apostilled; a Declaration of Value or CIMEA statement/verification is recommended or required according to the procedure.
