Two parallel routes: ICTP's e-applications portal (competitive, dossier-based, feeds IAEA/ICTP scholarships) and UniTS enrolment via Esse3 under the university-wide Bando Unico Master. For the most recent published cycle, ICTP deadline was 31 Mar 2025 / UniTS deadline 15 Oct 2025 (13th edition); 2026/2027 (14th edition) ICTP deadline was 15 Apr 2026, already closed.
Same as EU - single combined deadline via ICTP + UniTS, not a separate EU/non-EU split. Targets 'mainly low and medium income countries', nationality is an explicit selection factor.
LM-17/20S physics degree or foreign equivalent, assessed for equivalence by the Master's Course Council itself (no advance general Italian equivalence needed). Cycle runs on a January-December calendar via ICTP, offset from the standard UNITS academic year - the 2026/2027 UNITS edition's ICTP-side deadline (15 Apr 2026) has already passed as of this research (4 Sep 2026); next cycle dates were 'to be announced' on ICTP's page.
