• Summary: A three-year university degree in viticulture and enology, or in agricultural sciences and/or food technology with appropriate preparation in plant production and protection, food technology, and economics. The ordinary programme requirement is met by an Italian L-25 or L-26 degree related to the wine sector, former class 20, or an old-system five-year Agricultural Sciences degree; otherwise at least 50 CFU in the specified subject groups are required. Curricular deficiencies must be remedied before enrolment. For the 2026/27 international pre-admission route, the qualifying degree must be awarded by 30 June 2026.

• Summary: Certified English proficiency at CEFR B2 or higher is required; a previous degree taught in English is accepted as an alternative. In the ordinary eligibility route, applicants without a B2 certificate may have English assessed by interview.
