A.Y. 2026/27 SEA-EU call Phase 1 (non-EU candidates): open 10 February - deadline 30 April 2026 (results 30 May; seat acceptance and enrolment 1-12 June 2026) - closed. After selection, non-EU applicants starting in Naples must also pre-enrol on Universitaly for the visa (Parthenope how-to-enrol page, A.Y. 25/26 wording; the 2026/27 Universitaly date for SeaBluE is not published ); Universitaly/MUR general visa-request deadline for A.Y. 2026/27 is 30 November 2026.
Source: SEA-EU call A.Y. 2026/27. Accepted: secondary-education certificate or International Baccalaureate from an EU member state (with university-entrance exam scores if that state requires them for an equivalent programme), or a higher-education degree from the EU; non-EU secondary certificates are admissible only if they give access to a bachelor's programme in the issuing country and are authenticated (legalisation/Apostille + official English translation for documents issued outside Europe). Selection by the Academic Steering Committee: GPA (including entrance-exam scores where mandatory) 80% + motivation video 20%; interview possible after the deadline for follow-up questions. Parthenope adds: non-Italian diplomas need a 'dichiarazione di valore' from the Italian embassy/consulate (Parthenope page wording) - the SEA-EU handbook describes Apostille/legalisation instead [uncertain which applies at Naples enrolment]. No minimum GPA/grade threshold is published .
At application (SEA-EU call 2026/27): English CEFR B1 minimum proof; exempt if English is the native language or the previous secondary/higher degree was taught in English in an English-speaking country (e.g. Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, UK, USA); MOI certificates must state the CEFR level (min. B1). At enrolment in Naples (Parthenope page): students starting Year 1 at Parthenope must show English B2 (Italian rule for degrees fully taught in English); if you only have B1 you attach B1 and, once admitted, Parthenope organises a test to verify B2; those who fail attend a dedicated course before classes start. No Italian language requirement is stated for this English programme [not stated on the SeaBluE pages].
No entrance exam for the programme itself (selection = GPA 80% + 2-minute motivation video 20%; optional follow-up interview). Parthenope runs a B2 English verification test after admission for those without a B2 certificate (see language_requirements).
Uploaded as PDF in the SEA-EU application system: recent formal photograph; copy of valid passport/ID; copy of secondary-education diploma/certificate (or equivalent); copy of transcript of records with grades; proof of English level B1 (CEFR); motivation video (max. 2 minutes; longer videos are penalised). Legalisation/Apostille and official English translation for documents issued outside Europe (SEA-EU); Parthenope additionally names a 'dichiarazione di valore' for non-Italian diplomas.
