Free-access (non-restricted) master's programme. Admission requires a recognised Bachelor's degree plus the curricular subject credits below, and a mandatory verification of personal preparation. There is no selection ranking; candidates either meet a grade-based automatic exemption or must pass a pass/fail readiness test.

Required Level: English B2 or higher (mandatory).; Accepted Proofs: A recognised English-language certificate at level B2 or higher among those accepted by the University (listed on the CLAT page, https://clat.unige.it/en/CertificazioniRiconosciute).; The B2 test offered by the University Language Centre (CLAT).; A degree taught entirely in English, certified officially.; Exemption Rules: Holding a recognised B2-or-higher English certificate (or an officially certified English-medium degree) exempts the candidate from English-language verification.; Candidates without an accepted proof must have their English knowledge verified during the personal-preparation test.; Assessment Or Upload Stage: English proficiency is verified at the personal-preparation (readiness) stage; candidates without an accepted certificate are assessed for English during the readiness test.
