- Akademik Koşullar
- Applicants must hold a first-cycle academic qualification in Mathematics or Physics, or another suitable foreign qualification. Applicants without one of those degree classes may still qualify if they hold at least 12 CFU in FIS/01-FIS/08, INF/01, or ING-INF/05, of which at least 6 CFU must be in FIS/01-FIS/08, and at least 48 CFU in MAT/01-MAT/09. Admission also requires verification of adequate personal competencies and skills.
- Dil Koşulları
- English at CEFR B2 is required. The language requirement can be met by submitting a recognized certificate, by a degree entirely taught in English if the transcript clearly states English as the language of instruction, by a previous university English exam or language proficiency test clearly certifying B2, by native-speaker status, or by the University of Bologna CLA online English test requested through the programme. The call also states that recognized certificates are listed by the University Language Centre.
- Sınav / Test
- Admission is open but subject to verification of personal competencies and skills. A candidate is considered to have adequate preparation without interview if they graduated with at least 90/110 in class L-35 Mathematical Sciences, L-30 Physical Sciences and Technologies, or equivalent previous regulations. Applicants who do not meet that threshold must attend an oral interview. The assessment may also involve review of the academic curriculum, and the interview must show that the candidate can master the subjects listed in the programme syllabus.

- Valid identity document; if the candidate is a foreign citizen and the identity document has no English translation, a copy of the passport.
- Proof of the access qualification: the University of Bologna self-certification, another document certifying the degree obtained, or if still graduating the updated record of completed exams.
- If the qualification was obtained at another Italian university: self-certification of the first-cycle academic career with list of exams taken; if still graduating, self-certification of exams taken.
- If the qualification was obtained abroad: copy of the qualification translated into Italian or English, with transcript of records and Diploma Supplement where available; if still graduating, the transcript of records.
- Certification of B2-level knowledge of English or another accepted proof under the official language rules.
- Curriculum vitae.
